This location has poor customer service and always runs out of donuts. They rarely have the new limited donuts. I’ve complained too many times and same issue. I love Krispy Kreme but this location sucks!
I went through their drive thru around 1:30p... sat for almost ten minutes only to get to the intercom and order a custard filled and a caramel latte.....The girl says we only have glazed donuts......CLOSE THE GAADDAMN STORE!!Who's responsible for this most pathetic location? I mean you didn't have NOTHING but glazed donuts? .... in the whole store? Shut it down!
Went here and was very disappointed, they don’t have that many choices. The only thing that was good was I asked the girl to change her gloves after her touching the cinnamon. I’m allergic and she did
Every time I go to this Krispy Kreme (since it has been open) I've had issues. Today I ordered 2 boxes of donuts 2 hours before to make sure they don't mess it up. I go to pick them up and they tell me that they are out of donuts. How do run out when I tell you what I want 2 hours before? And it's early in the day? This place is hopeless
Very disappointed in my order this morning. The full-size donuts were MUCH smaller They look like mini’s! Check your order before leaving the drive thru! ?
Worst Krispy Kreme ever!!! Just save your self the time and disappointment and drive to Alexandria because I can guarantee they will not have what you want. I went there 2 weeks ago and they didn’t have regular glazed donuts. Today that only had glazed, chocolate and strawberry sprinkles. Really??? 3 out of 20+ menu.items? This store may as well be a 7-11. Doubt they will be around in 6 months if this continues. As for me, I’m never going back there again.

we stopped at our nearest krispy kreme (1 hour drive) to pick up donuts. On a previous visit, the store was closed in the middle of they day and all employees were lounging around inside the lobby without any explanation. On our next visit, we received donuts that didn't even look like krispy kreme in shape, texture and taste. I submitted a complaint and received a coupon for 1 free dz, since we threw the others in the trash. Today at 8pm we sat in the drive thru speaker for a few minutes with no staff acknowledging that we were there. So we pulled up to the window to see if they were open, and there were two employees inside moving racks of donuts and cleaning. One employee took a look at us and dartedto the back, after 1 minute of us sitting at the drive thru window. The man working inside cleaning looked at us a couple of times during the 4 minutes we were sitting at the window. I cought his attention and he came to the window and I asked if they were open or closed. He said they were open, I said I'd like 1 dz plain. He stepped in the back and came back saying the system was down. I asked if cash was ok, and he said he couldn't take cash either. I told him I had the coupon for 1 dz and still couldn't do it. I asked his name to submit for complaint and he said it was Curtis. I asked for a mngr name and he said had 5 managers! I said anyone name would be fine and he said Takiya. This place seems to be so poorly managed for having 5 managers.
I love Krispy kreme. The donuts are always on point. The Valentine's special donuts were great.A bit disappointed that 75-80% of the time when I come here they are closed or say that they're out of donuts. Luckily when they were closed today around 1:30pm on a Tuesday, I found Mix N Sweetz bakery nearby in the same shopping center and was able to satisfy my sweet tooth.I love Krispy Kreme but wish they were more reliable at this location.
The last 2 or 3 times I've been there they don't have donut holes. Then twice they didn't have raspberry jelly donuts. Very disappointing. The store in Alexandria ALWAYS has proper stock of menu items.
