I usually go to Eddies Carryout in Waldorf but they were closed so I went to Jerry’s yum never again bought a fish sub about 3am my stomach was having a party I had to rush to bathroom to get that sub out of me
My chicken was raw on delivery idk where my rating went. But its gone im.putting it back.Order chicken and Rice my chicken came raw when i called the manager didnt listen to me and didn't believe me.. Like i will lie about that.Took my pictures and i was ready but she didnt want give me her email. Oh ok den.
The people are very nice and kind. and the food is excellent.
Portion sizes are surprisingly small, and the Chinese food is very bland. they ignore any special requests left in online order notes. Decent fries, but otherwise a hard pass.
Very bad customer service the cashier got very defensive when I asked for Mumbo Sauce and 2 duck sauce
This is one of the only take-outs that the quality and quantity stayed ? during this pandemic. Happy to pay a little more due to the circumstances. Made for an easy Christmas Eve dinner.
Good quality Chinese food, pretty good wings too.
The chicken was fried just right and hot. My shrimp fried rice was hot n fresh. The steak n cheese bomb. And this was 9 at night
The customer service was horrible tonight normally my experience with Jerry Yums is pleasant but after tonight I will not be coming back. Clearly the lady was having a bad day but there is no excuse nor reason to take it out on loyal customers. not to mention that even after pre paying over the phone as I’ve always done for the past 5 years the lady requested to see and write down my driver’s license info before releasing my food that I already paid for.
One of my two go to's for good Chinese food. Shrimp ? and broccoli ? with brown sauce ?. Pleasant staff - order for pickup and its always ready when I arrive. #see you soon
