My factory rep took me here for lunch as a thank you! 1 waitress at lunchtime and they couldn't get him a simple order of wings in 20 minutes and there was less than 10 customers in restaurant. My wings, smoked old bay were way over cooked and seasoned in clumps and delivered in 5 minutes cold. Fries and tater tots were sides at $4.99 each. No smaller size. We didn't have to pay tab, his company did thank goodness! If i paid personally review would be worse....We won't be back!
Extremely poor service tonight. Seated for 20 minutes before my order was taken. Over an hour later no food. Nor had the waitress came to even check the table. No straws given for drinks. Had to flag the waitress down for straws. At the time only 3 tables were full. A couple whom came in 40 minutes after me got food before me. Sad experience.
Arrived at 8pm table for three. Our beverages and appetizers came out on time initially. We then placed main course orders and then waited over an hour for food and server said that three tables already walked out and could not let us know when are food would be coming out. Hooters sent out at least 10-15 online orders as we waited for our food. Seems as though they do not care about the in person customer only the online orders.
Best wings in Waldorf!! Place was clean and ladies, bathroom too. Server was exceptionally good.
My husband loves Hooters. I can do without it but he alway manages to convince me to go. And every time we come I end up saying “I hate it here”. It’s not so much as the staff but the food and it’s preparation leaves so much to be desired. Just no pride in preparation anymore. Wings soggy or wings cold in the middle or lukewarm. Mozzarella sticks no cheese. They actually are still using the same plastic glasses from 10 years ago. Just bad.
The atmosphere was cool but my food was also cool when I felt like it should have came out hot
Hooters is not what it use to be…No offense it use to be poppin and the ladies were more physically entertaining….At this point they just bring in anybody anyway let me get to this review from last night food..Me and my lover went there and we ordered wings and boneless wings….then we also ordered curly friesThe curly fries came out within 2 mins tops I swear it’s like they were left over and they were so cold….Then the wings came out 40 mins later…On top of that they don’t season their foodLike nooooo season on the chicken taste like all grease and they gave me one flat the rest drumsWe literally probably ate one chicken a leftHooters wings use to be soooo good back in the day now it’s given they going out of business vibes ?
This was my first time eating at this restaurant. It was awesome. The wings were delicious.
Love this place on a Friday night. The vibe is comfortable cool and chill. The waitresses and bartenders are so nice, sweet an accommodating. The food and drinks are very good, and reasonably priced.
I ordered online boneless wings, fried pickles and naked wings. The order was ready when I arrived. Pickles were fine. The naked wing drummettes were small. The size of my thumb. Im a woman with small hands. Go elsewhere. Wish I wasn't in a rush, otherwise I would've opened the container before leaving. Lesson learned. $ wasted.
