Wow. Over 25min for a small sub that was mostly bread and little meat. With only 2 other people in there, you’d think they’d have it out quicker than that. If the quality of food or customer service made up for the extremely long wait, I could look passed it because honestly “things happen” but I get the feeling this isn’t a rare occurrence. It’s a no thanks from me. Low par food, service and standards across the board.
I had an awful experience at this firehouse and won't be going back. I ordered a meatball sub for pick up at lunch. I got back to work and opened the sandwich to see it was extremely burnt. I tend to like things a little charred but this was not edible. I take it back to firehouse and there is a line to the door so I walk to the counter where a guy was making sandwiches and told him about my sandwich and said I just needed it remade. A lady interrupts me to say "he's making a ten sandwich order so you will have to wait for that and all these people, it's first come first serve." I replied "I just wanted a sandwich replaced because of my burnt order." She was very rude and snatched the sandwich from me, threw it away and said "it's still going to be 8-10 minutes because that's how long it takes to make" I said "I understand, there's no need to be rude". I asked who the manager was and she smirked and said "Me, We have applications if you want to apply for a job here." I replied with "I have a job where I don't treat people disrespectfully, especially when I make a mistake".I worked in the food service industry for 15 years, I am understanding when things go wrong or people make mistakes. I work in healthcare now and understand the stresses of being understaffed. I walked in polite and did not deserve to be treated that way. Even the other customers that were there were in awe about the way she spoke to me. She didn't even toast my $12 sandwich that I ultimately waited an hour for.
Their customer service Staff....smh, I walked in to get a sub I was kind of in a hurry and I spoke to one of the staff a couple of times they looked at me and kept talking to another co-worker they act as though they did not want to speak or take my order. I cannot stand bad customer service. The only reason I gave them three stars is because the food was good and it was hot and fresh.
They don’t wear their mask which I think is absolutely ridiculous considering where we are in this pandemic. The employees said the the state lifted the mask requirement, however they should still wear mask considering the new strain. It’s ridiculous and disgusting. Furthermore, they’re in the business of being over top of people food and they should wear mask
It’s always a pleasant experience to come to this location compared to the Clinton location… the staff are great. For some reason this location makes you comfortable to just sit and relax. I’m not sure if it’s the music or what.
Found this place to be very clean and organized, their subs always taste waaay better than Subway IMO. Plus, they did a great job of getting my order and even making corrections when needed. All the servers were respectful and showed they took their job seriously. This was GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will be coming back more often. Kudos to this entire team for being effective and responsible to address their customers! FIVE STARS!
First time having Firehouse Subs. Was super delicious. Definitely will go back. Friendly staff. The place was very clean.

Okay, gave a five but they do have a problem with delivery. The site allies you to order, pay and wait. Then they cancel your order because no drivers are available. Then you have to wait 3-5 days for a refund! The subs are great though.
