The service was great. I wish I could give it more stars but by the time that I got my donuts they were not fresh. My cooler didn't taste like it was baked all the way. The blueberry donut was okay.
good evening the coffee is the best
The reason I am writing this review is to make people aware of something that I'm quite sure you never took the time to notice. All of the donuts are in a open environment! And in this open environment, there's dust, lint, saliva, germs, and who knows what else. If you go thru the drive-thru and look behind the cashier you can see that they are in no way safe from exposure. In times like this products that people will be eating should be encased to prevent any foreign matters landing on them and then being eaten by someone. Common sense must be used today so use yours and take heed to this warning.
The employees at this location tend to do things their own way. Ordered a signature latte just for the correct lids not to be in stock, making there hardly any whip cream or topping on my drink. Instead of that being communicated I paid full price… instances like these tend to happen often. Not sure if they need new management, staff or to just go out of business. STARBUCKS COULD NEVER

I haven't been to this Duncan in a while, but I'm really impressed with the people skills that young employees exhibit! Kudos to HR! Will be more likely to visit this site again! And the cold brews are awesome!
I've said it once I like this place cause it has my favorite donuts vanilla frosted with sprinkles but the last 3 weeks on Monday and Tuesdays they are sold out by 3 pm and your telling me you can't at least restock or do something about that
