This place really sucks! The customer service is non existent. My pizza was not done correctly so I called to complain. No apology was given. The phone answerer questioned me accusingly. Said he would send another one but I would have to return the wrong one. Was not compensated for my inconvenience at all! Never again. Also the food is not secure at all. No tape no bag nothing. Think twice
I placed an order and arrived at the time they said it would be early. When I arrived they were locking the door (15 mins early) and completely ignored me when I knocked on the door. My order was paid in FULL online and scheduled for pick up and I arrived at the time my e-mail stated to. He literally turned the lights off and left. Since when should an establishment take it upon them selves to close earlier then the hours stated online? Completely unprofessional and rude. I will be disputing the charge since I never got my food!!! I called and watched him ignore the phone ?this place is a joke. I’ll be contacting the headquarters. It’s pretty rude to know someone paid for there food & to close earlier then your supposed to just because you want to get home. Ignorance at its finest.

I so wish I could give this place a 0 star. Ordered food online, paid for it and never got it. Called them and waited on the phone for 30 minutes and no one answered. Now they are closed and we have nothing to eat.
Ordered two orders of chicken wings 1/30/2022. The wings were tiny and fatty. Ate them because we were hungry but we are totally dissatisfied with this order. Called the store but the employee who responded didn’t seem to really care. I was tempted to cancel my credit card payment in protest.I will never order the chicken wings again.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!! I made an online order at 4:40pm and I tipped 20% hoping I would get great customer service. The site tells you that delivery takes 30-45 minute. At 5:44pm, I opened my door and I see that they left the pizza on my porch chair. No one knocked on or rang my door bell. I called to speak with a manager about my experience. She was insensitive, unapologetic, as if she hears this all the time, but was quick to offer to send me another pizza. At 6:23pm, I called back and spoke to another manager only for him to tell me if I file a complaint to corporate it will get redirected back to him. At 7:15pm, the driver rang my doorbell and still dropped the pizza on my porch chair. It took over 2.5 hours to receive a large pizza. INSANE!!! Do yourself a favor and take your business /money where customer services is still important to their establishment.
I placed a order and of course since it was after the storm I understood I needed to pick up. Cool. What was not cool was the door being locked and the staff completely ignore me at the door. What purpose does this serve? The guy who I believe was named Brian refused to acknowledge me other than glance in my direction. Then when one of the drivers came back to store and is standing next to me they still refused to come open the door. He calls them twice and finally gets them to open the door and tells them he (meaning I)is here to pick up a order and still no one moves to help or ask about my order. Lol this the standard? I guess I'm done with Domino's
Only one person working. She was very friendly and hard working. She deserves a raise. I was pleased with the service I received. Great pizzas!
This place has the absolute most laziest manager. I ordered alomost $50 of food from there for my 80 y/o mother They waited over an hour to inform they dont deliver to that area. The sloth of a manager, Brian could had just called the store down the street and replace the order , but was too lazy. This place makes sick..
