Decent. Dominos needs to toss the wings so they are evenly coated. The wings look like they pour sauce in the box right before they close the lid.
One of the delivery drivers, a young lady, kept the receipt I was supposed to sign and her gave herself a tip even though I already tipped her through the app.
Somehow I live on the main road, and the only 2 story house in my area and they still can't find my house. Normally, not a problem. We figure it out, last time they delivered to some random house, not any of my neighbors and marked it as delivered. 3 houses on my street and you missed each one.
Loved, loved loved that the driver called us to tell us the food had been delivered for our contactless delivery! It was so cold out, that food would have gotten cold within minutes had he not called us!! Domino's-- NICE and HOT on a VERY COLD DAY!!
The order took longer than stated so I called to cancel, and no one picked up the phone. When I started ordering from them a year or so ago, they were great, but now, I'm having too many issues with quality and punctuality.
I order from the dominos on smallwood dr. Sunday night. The guy that took my order was very polite. Although my order was incorrect when i picked it up the Manager Darren was professional, polite, and agreed to make my order again. After 15 min my order was brought out to my car by Deyon i tried to tip but he refused due to the mix up. I got home and my order was hot and perfect. I've been ordering from this dominoes for over 20 years and never been let down. They will always have my family's business.
I don't know who Darren is, but my brother called me upset. As kindhearted as my brother is how could someone in customer service treat him this way. I told him not to order here again and you have lost my business as well. You do not treat anyone like that.
When I placed an order online, on November 13, 2021 at 12:10 a.m., I was upset to find that my order had been cancelled. I called the restaurant, where a manager identifying himself as Darren said that he called a number that nobody answered, so he cancelled the because they had no drivers. This was simply not true because I receive automated text messages to my cellphone whenever I order and I received an automated message stating that my order was received. He still did not answer my question, "HOW WAS A CALL PLACED TO A NUMBER DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE THAT WAS TEXTED?"I attempted to ask clarifying questions, and the man identifying himself as Darren just continued to yell over me. I told him he was making me angry, and he said he was hanging up. He told me to talk to Mike in the morning, and I said I wanted the name of the owner, at which time he hung the phone up on me. I called back and a woman answered the phone, she did not give her name, but proceeded to yell at me "We work at DOMINOS! It's DOMINOS we don't know the owner's name. When I said to her "Ma'am, please stop raising your voice at me," she hung up. To add insult to injury, "Darren" told me "If you want your food, YOU BEST place an order now." As if he were doing me a FAVOR by “allowing” me to pay for food from here. He further accused me of being "disrespectful" for saying that his tone of voice was making me angry. This is the second time something like this has happened with this particular Domino's. I guess Darren felt like I was violating his “RIGHT” to mistreat and disrespect other people.I am very angry and hurt. As a customer who orders here almost weekly, tips the drivers very well, and have developed a good rapport with this Domino's, I expected better. And if "Darren" had just said the words "I'm sorry," instead of hollering at me aggressively, when I was upset and trying hard to hold my patience, I would have felt no need to leave this review.* The attached photos show time stamped, screenshots of Domino’s closed before 1:00 a.m. when the website clearly states that it closes at 1:00 a.m.
Great food. I love the different pastas.
I don't like their Pizza that much but they do have good cookie brownies
