I will try to keep it as straight and forward as possible, We have been visiting this particular business for approximately 7 years and have watched the customer service deplete through the years, seems that the cashiers are different every month, something is supposedly always wrong with the restroom, not to mention the Corona being used as a scapegoat to not let us dine in anymore, but today tops it off when we ordered some breakfast to eat in the car and some wings with Mac and cheese to take home for later, got home and heated the wings up just to realize the chicken wings are rotten!!!!!! Unfortunately we had already started eating it before I finally smelled it and realized what they are selling us is bad meat!!, Listen Family We Really Need To Stop Supporting Businesses Like This, They Do Not Care How They Are Treating Us. We will be cooking our own food more than ever these days!
Son in-law took me here food is actually really good lemonade is excellent would recommend to everyone... A little difficult to get to due to traffic flow..
A friend suggested this place. It was okay. I ordered the 6 piece chicken wings and waffle. The food came out fast but the wings were dry. The wings came in a box like it was some hot and ready wings from little Cesar’s or a gas station. The waffle was good.
They messed up my order and I had to drive back to the store. I asked for a courtesy ginger ale. They offered me a small cup to get a fountain soda. I told them I no longer use public fountain sodas due to COVID. The manager refused to give me a $3.00 ginger ale that they probably cost them less than $1.00.I won't be back. I dont like bad service.
First time coming here. The staff was nice and attentive. However, the quality of the food did not match the high price. $13 for a breakfast platter, that was basic and gross. You can definitely go to Dennys and pay a 1/4th of the price get more food and better quality.

i’ve been eager to try this place for months! finally placed an order today, $25 worth of chicken tenders and waffles and i was so disappointed. not only were the employees rude and on their cell phones the entire time, but the chicken was so over cooked, rough, dry, rubbery and had no flavor whats so ever. the waffle was bland as well and soggy. Had high hopes and will never return. I wouldn’t even give the chicken to my dog because it’s a literal choking hazard. $25 to the trash.
Ordered chicken and waffles for one of our FedEx holiday meals .... Everything was super awsome !! Everyrhing was on pont. The owner even called to mske sure all was well. Taní you call..
I just got home from Crown's, trans # 1000045, 12/16/21, 2:06pm.I bought the 3 piece chicken meal.It was the nastiest, oldest, coldest chicken I ever had.It was too obvious she did that to me intentionally,I work at a high profile position on the railway and won't hesitate to tell my story. I see a lot of people everyday and will spread the word.The management needs to sit down with her and have a serious discussion if they plan on keeping or attracting customers.I'll keep on monitoring this post to see if management actually takes action and I'll act accordingly.What a waste of my $8.47Should have thrown it away.
I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla on November 22nd, Needless to say I was in the hospital for the week of Thanksgiving with food poisoning yes this place gave me food poisoning with the chicken quesadilla I knew it was different from the last time I had it. They gave me a refund but I still spent a whole week in the hospital. I thought I was going to die.
