Server was awesome. He was extremely respectful and very pleasant.
Waited far to long from order to service of food. No Napkins asked three times before I received them. Waitress was fine but food cold on arrival. Will still go back even though this was a bad experience.
Used to be my go to place for comfort food. Had it been only one food item issue I wouldn't write a negative review because it happens but it was everything. Chicken fried steak tasted like it was leftover and refried...mashed potatoes cold and gummy, gravy cold and thick like glue, peach cobbler was a bowl of peaches basically thickened with some cornstarch with a postage stamp size piece of crust on top.
Stopped in our RV for the night, ordered takeout for dinner and breakfast. All of the staff were awesome , very friendly and efficient. Thank you Cracker Barrel for allowing RVers to use your lots as a safe way to stop and rest.
Bad customer service!! The heater was smoking and something got on my new shoes and they said I’m sorry!! Never again
This was by far the worst Cracker Barrel experience we've ever had. We traveled from Virginia to meet Maryland family for breakfast. We arrived at 8:30am and the bathrooms were atrocious. Only 2 stalls were available and one was covered in urine, the other had no toilet paper. But the sign on the floor stated that the bathroom was in process of being cleaned - it certainly wasn't.We began placing orders and we were told that we couldn't get hot chocolate or specialty coffees - the machines were down. My husband is allergic to onions and asked for plain hash browns since he can't have the casserole. He was told CB doesn't do that anymore. He ordered french fries. He was told that the manager said he couldn't have fries because it wasn't lunchtime. 5 minutes later we watched a plate walk out of the kitchen with fries! When he asked our waitress, she said that it was allowed because it was a kids meal! Really?! We didn't get drink refills, we didn't get parts of our order and had to keep asking for it. My son ordered blueberry pancakes and she brought out regular, but we were already frustrated so he just asked for some blueberry syrup. Nope - all out, don't have any. My sister-in-law went up front and bought a bottle. Not a good look for the company!
My husband loves this place so we eat here pretty often. The food is always good. I would like them to be a little more generous with the syrup. I ordered 10 pancakes and they gave me 3 syrups. Crazy! But I went back an requested more, the cashier gave me 2 more. Again, food is always good and so is the service.
My mom LOVES Cracker Barrel. She really enjoys breakfast and meatloaf dinner. That's our go to place to start her errands for the day...Continue to train your younger servers at the Waldorf location...your still at the top for family dining experiences.
I haven't had Cracker Barrel in forever. We had a group of 16. Our server was Gayle and she worked alone. She did a great job and I think we only had one issue with an order. The food was great, better than I expected it to be. The only thing I didn't like is that the manager woman seemed to keep standing around when she could have been helping Gayle.
Wonderful as always. Our server was very nice and our orders were hot and fresh. On point service
