I went tonight and got Cookies Make Everything Batter in the "Love It" size. I barely got any cookies in it, I have no clue what went wrong, but I didn't get my monies worth at all. I've never come to Cold Stone and my order looked like nothing was in it. For almost $9 I could've just gotten plain ice cream from Safeway and had enough for my whole family!!! When you pay that much for ice cream they should at least give you what you paid for......ijs
Stopped by this store on a Sunday morning and placed an order for a basic, freshly made small ice cream cake (picking it up the following Tuesday evening). I specifically stated that I did not want the existing cake that was there, in the freezer. I also stated no purple or red writing on the cake. Just "Happy Birthday Dad" in any other color.When I returned Tuesday evening, I noticed that I was given that existing cake from the freezer, the writing was in purple, and it said Happy Birthday on the cake, but they failed to include 'Dad'.I wasn't pleased at all, and told this to the manager...Her reply was the employee hadn't recorded the instructions correctly. She offered to remake the cake, but that was the day of my Dad's birthday.After arriving at my Dad's home I received a telephone call and the manager stated that she would remake the cake because she felt bad and for me to call and leave my name and information and she would return the call. I called the following week twice left my information with 2 different people and I have yet to have a returned call from the manager.I will never order from this location again. Not only do the employees not listen (according to the manager), but the manager never honored her offer (I would have given it less than one star, other than the cake was not dry...But it's not what I ordered, and paid for).
Not even going to lie. Sometimes the line is a bit lengthy. However, they typically have the best dang playlist to jam to while you wait. Love that.Also, I wish I could remember the young man with the dreads name because he is my FAVORITE employee. Like I gave him a tip and I typically do not do tips at cold stone. (Not in a mean way, it just never occurred to me). Nevertheless, I was like I want this to go directly to YOU! He’s so awesome, if he sees this, you know who you are!On to the ice cream. ?? so rich, so creamy, just on point every time. Like my boyfriend and I have a problem.I typically get Oreo Overload no chocolate chips/brownies instead. It. Always. Slaps! Boyfriend gets cookies and cream filling with a TON of Oreos and just devours it.I groan when I walk in and see a line, but then I’m soon jammin and waiting. It’s worth the wait… I’m not crazy about I think the manager older woman, gray short cut. She was wearing no gloves last time I saw her. I don’t like that, it’s giving unsanitary.Other than that, this location gets 5 starts because the quality music, quality of the ice cream, and the young man that we like some much but cannot recall his name.

The employees aren't friendly at all either way waffle bowls this burnt shouldn't be sold. I didn't realize it until I made it home unfortunately.
This is what we've been reduced to!!! I went to get my mother some ice cream and was utterly repulsed!!! Had to walk out! This man-child had headphones in and spoke to noone until he took their order. When he turned his back I snapped this as I was disgusted and had to leave the establishment. Filthy!!! Where was the management??? No where to be found. Won't soon return to this particular Cold Stone!
Does anybody wear gloves anymore? Had to wait to be served while the employee used her phone and other employees gossiped in the back without mask. She started my order while talking on the phone still no gloves. No ma'am... keep it!
Great place but yall gotta fire that kid named Caron.....horrible attitude, had to instruct him on how to make a order because he refused to read the instructions, messed up my whole order, and was over charged
Spectacular ice cream and a neat way of blending toppings into the ice cream itself. I will be going again.
We went to this location yesterday evening. It was very messy, the stone had previous ice cream residue on it. When I mentioned it to the worker, he just pushed it to the side. Topping area was messy, needed a good wiping down. I'll drive further to LaPlata next time.
