SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!This place used to be my family's Go To spot for Mexican food. We've ordered from them at least 12 times in the past six months. The portions used to be great and the food super tasty. HOWEVER THEY'VE LOST THEIR WAY. We just ordered from them and the portions were RIDICULOUSLY small. The tacos were literally half full. We are SUPER DISAPPOINTED because we spent $60.00 and everyone, to include the kids, is still hungry. I literally had to go heat them up some chicken nuggets.I called and apparently they have new spoons and are forcing portion control measures in order to maximize their profits but they aren't realizing that the portion sizes were the reason why so many people loved this place.Unless they change their ways and go back to serving the old portions I WILL NOT order from them ever again and you shouldn't either. You'll still be hungry afterwards.Sidenote: My wife used to not even be able to eat all three of her chicken bacon ranch tacos and tonight she not only ate all three of them and the chips but was still hungry afterwards because there was Soo little meat put into the tacos.
I ordered Chuck Wagon Catering off of Door Dash and am so glad that I did! I ordered the chicken nachos, surf and turf, and smoked chicken tacos. The food was perfectly seasoned and not overloaded with salt. I would say it's the best taco truck I've ever heard and I'm pretty critical on how I typically rate would I would consider good food. I would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again!
Upchuck wagon is a more appropriate name for this place, was told a 20 min wait, then after 40 minutes finally get our food. Not only for it to taste burnt but also be cold.(That’s quite a feat to do.) The burrito was like it came out of the fridge, cold. The tacos were just burnt chicken. The chips were stale, and it seemed like they just re fried old French fries.. what a waste of $70.
This was my first ever food truck I’ve ever eaten at and it definitely surpassed my expectations! If I could give it 10 stars I DEFINITELY would … on top of the food being top tier the customer service was even better. This is definitely going to be a regular place I come to

The guy running the food truck was nice and I appreciate the warmness. The issue I have was with the food and just how it seemed things were handled. I paid $22 for the Steak birria tacos and plain fries. The tacos were dry and flavorless. I was very disappointed in the lack of flavor and the presentation because from what I saw from the review photos, mine looked nothing like that. The meat had the taste of steak but the texture and looks of ground beef. As for the environment, the same gloves that were stained with some kind of sauce/oil was used to hold my card which made me uneasy about how my food was handled. Just the environment gave me a not so good feeling of cleanliness. Sorry, but I wouldn't come back.
Ok first let me say that I am not someone that normally eats from a food truck. I only discovered this place because I was at the Blue Dyer Rum Distillery for the first time. I saw other people eating and asked the bartender for a menu and he directed me outside to the Chuck Wagon. OMG!! I ordered the chicken nachos and jerk wings and it was absolutely great. (Not the rum talking) I have been back a few times and this place has not disappointed. This place has become my new secret shame lol. Wish they had longer hours so I could pickup food before kickoff on the weekends.

Listen, I don't know what kind of sorcery they be using but those nachos and tacos were literally divine. Swear I've never had any so good. They guys there are super friendly and helpful and from the time you pull up it just radiates deliciousness. I'm a permanent fan and will be back again in the future. Definitely be sure to stop in at the distillery near by too. They're great as well.
