Disgusting dog food and worse customer service. Literally saw roaches crawling on the soda machine and they didn’t do anything about. Constantly messing up basic orders and not putting everything into the bag and when you want a refund they give you a number that doesn’t work. Horrendous all around, this place having 2 stars is amazing because I’m surprised they could manage that.
I used the rewards app for free chips and they were visibly mad. I think that’s why they gave me stale chips.They also didn’t even know on the door what food sa were missing and so I stood through the entire line just to find out they’re missing the only ingredients that I wanted
Always freaking packed. Line moves at an OK speed. I say that loosely. Staff is alright, don’t like being rushed, which they do to try and get the line down. However, I know exactly what I want… and if they just listen the 1st time The line wouldn’t have to be held up to add more or less of an ingredient. I always get a chicken bowl it’s okay.. it’s like strange like some pieces are chewy sometimes. (You’ll see). It gets two stars because I know AMAZING chipotle, and this is like ehh I really want chipotle so, it’ll do. Also, I’m annoyed that the prices have increased again, like this inflation is annoying. Lastly, don’t have a mask mandate sign that hire not going to enforce.
Tables are constantly dirty. Hard workers, but it's hard to find anywhere to sit because of unclean tables. Food is usually good, though.
Yum, yum the chicken bowl was ready good. I only get a few things on it but the everything was fresh and the.best part was no line.
My burrito was good until i bit into a PLASTIC piece that seemed like it came from a bag that meat came in. Super disgusting when you have to pull plastic out of your mouth. I didn’t eat the rest of my burrito after that of course.
The nastiest restaurant in the universe goes to the Waldorf Chipotle. Ordered dinner for four very simple 3 chicken bowls with the works no rice and beans on one and a chicken salad. Some Queso and chips and a large guacamole. Go to pick up my food and guess what only thing right was the salad and chips. All the bowls were incorrect. I had dried chicken pieces in the Queso, lettuce in the guacamole, one bowl had raw beef pieces, no beans , or rice. One bowl had no rice, veggies, or beans, and the last bowl looked liked they just dumped whatever was left in the thing. Very disappointed to say the least. I tried to call several times only to get hung up on or magically disconnected. Never again Chipotle , now I see why all those people got food poisoning the last time. Just plain old disgusting and nasty.
The food is good but I've noticed that they give a lot LESS meat than some of the other locations.
Chipotle has gone down, in flavor, since I first started eating it back in 2010. Surprised this location doesn't offer military/veteran discounts
If you like Chipotle and don't mind spending the better part of your evening waiting in line, this is the place for you. It's not the staffs fault; this location is just too busy all the time.
