Visited this Chili's on Memorial Day Weekend the service was horrid. The waitress never checked on us. The mixed drink was nothing but straight Vodka. On top of all that the burger ordered by one of the party was cooked just under Rare when sent back the burger that was brought out was completely raw. Pictures attached is the second burger. The only good thing that came out of this is the manager comp'd the meal. This is the second time we have gone to this restaurant where the food was not edible and the service was horrid.
Girl dinner at chili's this month and we will never go back. It was not at all busy when some of us arrived yet we weren't seated, others were even seated before us. manager provided an appetizer on the house that we later got charged for anyways. I love the enchilada soup, a definite go to for me and the reason I picked chili's for our dinner this month but it was soooo runny I couldn't even eat it. I am very disappointed. Yhe rest of the food was fine, average. The waitress was good, she tried her best. Eventually the resturante did get busy but she still did well to check up and remember our requests.
My husband and I go in on Thursdays and always have a great time. We meet new people, the food is delicious and Taneisha our bartender/server always serves up wonderful hospitality.
Don’t waste your time at this location. Half the time they aren’t open during regular operating hours and the other half they open hours and hours late. Said they have no employees. Restaurant is always filthy and bathrooms are worse. I love chilis but this one is a disgrace. Time to just shut the doors for good.
Beware, you’re in for an experience. The wings were good. The rest of our time here was utter ridiculousness. Waiting 10s of minutes for refills and ordering. Drinks were reminiscent of cleaning agents. Server couldn’t split a check. Service was confusing and less than ideal. Avoid unless there is an emergency.
I have been coming here for over 6 years. Over the last two years I would come every two weeks with my friend after we got our nails done. For the past two months the bar is closed off before 7pm and limited servers. What exactly happened?!?
Great service and their evening Tonisha, is one of the best bartenders around. She us fast, great drinks, knowledgeable about everything and friendly. I will return just for her service alone!
we went Sunday and they said only two servers one hour wait so we went somewhere else , went back tonight and same story so . Hire more servers you are operating a restaurant and loosing customers ! others walked out too
When i arrived at Chili’s Tonisha was at the bar serving drinks . She literally had to walk from behind the bar to greet and seat me . When i sat down she came to my table and took my order . She was very nice and had great costumer service . She also brought me my food and drinks to my table in a timely fashion . It wasn’t only me there, there were other guest dining in to . I found it real messed up that an establishment would have one person doing all their work for them . Thanks again Tonisha . Without you my experience would of been super trash .
Poor service. I stood at the dining out counter for 20 minutes and watched a group of employees gather and chat at the register across from me. All 5 of them looked me in the face and said nothing. I stared at the group for 1 min when one of them asked if I was ready. Then the cashier walked over from the group to server me. As she approached the phone rang she answered the phone but she put them on hold. In the middle of taking my order she looked up and asked another standing in line if she has been helped. To top it off she rolled her eyes when I decided to change my order.
