I used the drivethru as i wasn't planning on going in. Lines were as expected long, it was lunch time. However, the wait time was rather short due to the staff on ground with Tablets helping customers. Staff was pleasant, well mannered and properly groomed. The food was presented at the pick up door and was handled with care. The contents of my food was in good condition, my order was correct, and the food was very much enjoyed ?? Chick-fil-A never disappoints.
We would like to thank the staff of the Waldorf Chick Fila. Our baseball team played at regency stadium yesterday for the state Highschool semi finals and after the game the bus drove them to Chic Fila for a quick bite to eat for their 2hr ride home. We spoke to Lori earlier in the day to give them a heads up and they were ready for team. We thank you for serving them well.
This ChikFilA is very community oriented. I've asked for beyond assistance from this location and the managers and staff have always assisted me. Thanks for everything you do above what is required. The Scott Family
Honestly never had one bad trip to this Chick-Fil-A! My order is always correct and they are very quick with getting orders out, will always be returning here! Highly recommend
You usually don't get it wrong but ever since the new location in Waldorf opened, your customer service, processing times, and food have began to decline. Did the more established workers have to go and train new employees? We're in a pandemic and there are a lot of moving pieces to take into account, which I've tried to do but wake up! You are consistently failing. I think I'll start taking pictures of the food, the lines, and perhaps began vlogging my time waiting in line. I do hope you find your way back to the top of your game. Go back to what was working. Get your top employees back. Take into account how long you leave people in line. It happens sometimes. Just make up for it in some way to smooth it over. I believe you can do better.
Stood in line before breakfast was over ...1 cashier at such a busy time...by the time I finally get to the register they tell me that they are switching over to lunch! First and last time here. Ordered coke and juice...why do I have to wait for ten minutes? Very poor service. Silver Hill store in District Heights need to come down here and give these people some training! Never coming here again..everyone is complaining.
My only complaint is with mobile order, they don't fill the order until you checkin on the app so be sure to have it open as you get close to the location so you can checkin before you park to get your food. They forgot to put the sauce I asked for in my bag so check your contents too.
The people here working this day were awesome it was completely packed there were people all the way up to the main street. I had been waiting in line for at least 30 minutes and had someone waiting for their lunch. I was unaware that I had shown up without my wallet cards or any extra cash I was a dollar 45 cents short paying for my order they didn't care they still gave it to me and made me feel like I wasn't an idiot thank you guys I really appreciated it
This chick fil A is the best!!! Bathroom is super clean even have mouthwash dispenser. Have Fancy trash compactor. Service are beyond excellent!!! Especially the guy name Earnest he the best!!!
My food was great but the fries are often luke warm whenever I come to this location. I'm not sure why but I've experienced this on 4 different occasions. So, hopefully that will improve but the experience is always good here.
