I was with my son. He purchased a burgerand it was prepared according his request.We received a greeting at the pickup window& was able to respond. We were told to enjoy the order and to have a nice day! A+for Customer Service!
Today, 5/11/2022, around 4pm I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever in any store. The Waldorf, MD Smallwood Drive BK had a lady at the second drive-thru window that was extremely rude. She got loud with me over the speaker and when I asked to speak with her manager she stated she was the manager. I didn't get her name but I remember she had locks and tattoos on her neck. She never apologized for her attitude and I just decided to get out of the line and never eat at this restaurant again. If management is allowing her to speak to customers obviously they don't care about their business.
The fish sandwich is ok. Everything else sucks. No grill taste.
I gave this place two stars because the service was good. But the food I order was a one star, ordered an impossible whopper which was not done and cold the fries were full of salt. Should have ordered salt with fries on the side. After driving ten hours from Ohio I thought this place would help my hunger but guess not. I know it's still CoVid restrictions but damn do better when dealing with food.....???????
They can do better. Their shake and frozen drink machines never seem to be working. We routinely get incorrect orders. I suspect new management is in order for this store.
Burger was good. And I admit, smelling that grilled food made me even hungrier. I will visit BK again.
After a 12 mile drive to get to this Burger King...Signs posted closed d/t short staff. Sorry. I ordinarily like this location. ?
The mozzarella stick were cold and the cheddar bites were fried so long none of the filling was inside. To be honest it was probably reheated and then all the cheese came out.
Won't cook lunch during breakfast, first time for me at a burger king....
Always courteous staff. Food always hot.
