We when can into town and decided to stop for lunch after a long drive from Georgia. Let's start with the service, it was great. While there was only one server at the time, she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was decent the wings could have been cooked a little longer (like crispy wings ) and the street tacos were cooked prefect. The restaurant itself is a little dated and and could use some cleaning there was dust falling from the air vent above the table
Would highly recommend you steer clear from here. Besides the wait staff being nice the prices and food were terrible, we had a large group. Food arrived warm to cold, wife got cheese and bacon wedges, I have seen more cheese on a trap and more bacon on a burger. Plus it was cold. Most meals were cold and took forever to get to table and no the place was mostly empty. Management did not offer and reduction or replace.
Wanted to order food at 10:45 at night. Restaurant has signs posted that they close at 12 AM. When I arrived to place a to go order, I was told by a tall blonde kinda younger woman that the kitchen was closed. And that they closed when the Super Bowl was over. This was a complete inconvenience due to the fact that I called and asked a store associate if they still had food available 15 mins prior to coming, to which she told me me “yes”. Literally, I just got off a 12 hour shift and just wanted to get food and go home. Not only did they close down an hour and 15 min earlier than what signs specify, but I waisted time and money just to come here, when that could have been avoided had their been better communication on the staffs part.
This was my 2nd visit, didn't even remember the 1st time until I got there, but didn't remember the original visit still... This time - I was not happy with my food. It looked rushed and unexperienced. I had boneless wings, Saucy - some pieces had a dollop others had no sauce. Dry - had a pile of seasoning on top. I give credit where due, none deserved.
I didn’t ask for my wings to be fried hard. I can barely chew these bricks. And y’all charge a dollar more for all drums or flats so make sure my food is perfect. You already didn’t have my pretzels. I can’t see I’m gonna have to start checking my food on the counter.
BWW did it right. Great wings and great customer service. It's not easy getting the right people to represent your business but this location has the right crew. Thank you!
Not crowded, food ok. Terrible french fries. Service ok given the staffing situations. Not a place I would return for wings.
Expected more, recieved so much less. The server we encountered was less than pleasant when we first arrived, but warmed up each time we came back to our table. The food was subpar compared to other Buffalo Wild Wing locations. The fried pickles were soggy and the wings were barely cooked enough to be edible. Doubt we'd be back. Rather find a mom and pop location that puts effort into their food.

This visit was a toss in the are due to the location of it. I clearly told my grand that if it looked shady, we would walk out. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, the environment was relaxing and our waitress Emily was everything. The food was hot, the sauce was plentiful. Honestly, it was my first visit to this location and yes I would go back. If there was a 10 star vote I would definitely give 9 stars.
