The Spicy Chicken Korean Tacos are my favorite!! Hot and Fresh every time I got. Friendly service and clean!
Customer is service is terrible.. I came here for the first today 5/3 around 11:30 looking to try something new. I asked the cashier about one of the items on the menu, she was very uninterested and really didn’t want to help me. So I left, I probably will not be going back.
Very polite staff, helped me decide on my dinner (Spicy tacos and shrimp dim sum- Delicious!). Only complaint is the beverage options are limited (4.5 stars)
I placed an order online that included soy garlic wings and popcorn shrimp. The wings were cold when I got them home. The breading on the shrimp was a little lighter than usual, but they were hot and tasted okay. That night, I got terribly sick. Thinking the wings were undercooked, I threw them away the next morning. Something told me to check the shrimp so I cut them in half and peeled back the breading - they were RAW (gray and slightly translucent in some areas).I submitted a complaint through the Bonchon website and didn't hear back from anyone. I will not eat here again.
I love spicy bonchon chicken, the potstickers, & the octopus balls (takoyaki). I honestly haven't tried anything else yet because, I like what I like. I go here specifically for these three items. I took one star off because they don't offer in store dining right now and the food is best when eaten right away. Driving home (20 min for me) means the chicken isn't as hot (temperature wise) or as crisp.
We ordered online through their website. We ordered 6 large drumsticks (soy garlic & spicy) and a few wings. The chicken is to die for!!! It’s so yummy and it’s hard not to go everyday. We also ordered a side of seasoned fries which were good but on the soggy side - I can’t blame the restaurant because fries usually get soft pretty fast but the flavor was there. Definitely recommend!
The chicken is amazing. And the food is always done before the online order pick up time or phone order pick up time.
The other dishes are just ok. The claim to fame fried chicken is the bomb! Always super crunchy and never dry. Go with the oversized drumsticks with soy garlic and you won't be disappointed!
Be careful their spicy is HOT. Had chicken drumsticks with soy/garlic, boneless wings, fried rice which has a smokey taste, udon soup with a fried egg and shrimp dumplings. All of it was very good.
I went to one in NC for the first the food was so good. I went to this location and got the exact same food as I had got in NC and it was like night and day this food was horrible!! It didn't even taste the same. Like they rushed to cook it. And we had to wait 40 minutes for it. Not worth the wait! You can only take out too.
