I ordered A 30 piece and on their website it says 30 wings for 3 flavors. I got mild. Caribbean citrus and honey garlic pepper. I got home and seen I was missing my mild wings, I called up there to let them know and he told me they do 15 and 15 I said well sir I payed for 3 flavors he said we don't do 3 flavors I said well can I get my money back he said no you can't I said well can you give me the wings I payed for her, he told me to bring the food back and he literally took 5 wings out of the 30 wings I had and gave me 10 10 10. Never going back again !

Extremely salty seasoning on the grilled fished I ordered. It was inedible. Also, the lemon cake was hard as a brick. This cake must have been sitting around for weeks. It was inedible too. Will never go back to this location.
Terrible service. I was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. 35 minutes later when I asked I was given the wrong order which was not even close to what I ordered. So cold food that cost half what I actually paid.

We ordered salads, but they had no lettuce! Why would you need to specify that you want lettuce in your salad? Then when I called to voice my concern, the man that answered said he was the manager, laughed and said you didn’t ask for lettuce, some people don’t like lettuce in their salads.
This particular Americas Best Wings store is sorry. They cry every time you ask for flats only, and they charge you for it as well. I ordered 10 wings and a order of hush puppies, and that was $19.97, just say $20……that’s ridiculous!! They won’t see me again, it’s wayyyyy too many wing places in this area to put up with this place.
This location is terrible food always taste uncooked, and like it is old. I recommend going to their location inside the st Charles mall or fort Washington Maryland. This place is not good at all. This was my 3rd bad experience.
I came here to pick up dinner for my husband and I. Not only is the food fresh and delicious, but the customer service is outstanding! The employees are patient and provide an excellent customer experience!
Walked in, placed an order to go. I ordered a simple 10 piece lemon pepper. Maybe it’s my fault for not checking my order however once I arrived home, I only had a 7 piece. Not sure if I’m being petty or not but if I paid for 10 pieces shouldn’t I have received 10 pieces from this place of business?So, it’s just a reminder to check your order while you are at this establishment and not when you get home. IJS
