This particular location is horrible. From the person who took my order and gave me a vibe as if I was his enemy, to the terribly wrapped burrito that not only slid out the wrapper and fell apart (half of it) when I un-bagged it, my 4 time stroke surviving Mom had the worst time trying to eat that mess… she told my brother it was “hot and nasty”. Not to mention the people who made my smoothie could’ve wiped the residue off the cup. he was busy eating what was left in the blender. You know the service is bad when you get home, and you still have anger/ disappointment in your chest. I’ll stick to the one in Rosedale. Truly disappointed. ✌?

I always get the chipotle flat bread with a different smoothie here each time. Staff is always friendly with a good vibe. Definitely recommend : )
Waited for 25 min, got my smoothie after group came in after me. When I mentioned this to the staff member who took my order, he started raising his voice at me and was extremely defensive. I was in shock. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to, and was given a number that did not work for Jason. Even as I was leaving, he was making excuses and raising his voice at me. Extremely inappropriate behavior, I am disappointed.
Staff needs more training. I came to this location when I ordered for the first time. This was probably 4-5 months ago. At that time, the staff was great and the product was delicious. Unfortunately, recently, it seems like there was a change in staff because the service went downhill. The staff is so unprofessional. The person that was taking my order had a lollipop in her mouth talking to me at the same time, then interrupting our conversation because it was more important the chat she was having with her coworker.In regards to the smoothies, I normally go to two different Tropical Smoothie Cafes in the area. The quality of these smoothies horrible. They taste too watery and it shows that they do not follow the recipes. Once they blend the smoothies, there is so much extra that they use another cup for the staff to drink themselves (I actually saw this happening). This is unfortunate because I used to like this location, but after a few tries, I will never come back to this location.
the location is very convenient and the staff could not have been any better. my company has hosted 2 events and invited TSCTowson to attend. without any hesitation, I was able to get this TSC to support our events! kudos to you and hope to have you at our regular events.
So it makes no sense to me to have 20 smoothies waiting on the side, people in store waiting to be acknowledged for their online orders and nobody acknowledging the people in the store waiting for smoothies. Why continue to make new orders when there are 15 people waiting for smoothies that are already made??? And then have an attitude because your methods don’t make sense.
This place is absolutely horrible. I placed and online order for a smoothie and a Baja wrap. I get there at the pick up time and my smoothie was sitting on the counter without my wrap. I let the staff know they told me my wrap was coming up shortly. I waited 15 minutes then the staff tells me my wrap must have been stolen off the counter. This was extremely unprofessional and caused me to be late for work.
It’s a shame that this place has good smoothies but the management is terrible. They terminate good employees simply because of work-school balance. Yes, the job is important and yes, school is important. Why would a high school student choose to spend the next 30-40 years making smoothies? I wish this place all the best.
