I and 2 other people who weren't with me stood there waiting for our order to be taken for 10 minutes at the register. Not one employee said a word to any of us the whole time we were there. Thanks to one customer for telling us to order at the kiosk. I ordered a veggie burger and the wasabi peas fries. The fries had zero flavor of wasabi or any flavor at all. It was just tempura style green beans. The veggie burger tasted like cardboard packed with an unhealthy amount of onions added to it. I have had some really good veggie burgers but this place was a real disappointment. Even down to when my order was ready not one employee said anything. I only knew my order was ready because she set the bag on the counter and I had to check for my phone number. It wasn't until I got to my car that I then received a text saying my order was ready. You would think that for the prices they charge they would have better food and customer service . This would be a great place for anyone who doesn't like talking to people to work.Customer service zero starsFood zero starsWill not be spending my money there again

Okay, my rating is a hair misleading I guess. The food was GOOD. But for what I paid I would rather have gone to Five Guys. I got the Santa Barbara which is a double on sourdough. The patties were really, really thin. I will reiterate that it was tasty, but for the 15 bucks between the burger, drink, and sweet potato fries? Nah.
Very good food at a good price!! Very clean! The patty melt was better then most restaurants!! The shakes were excellent!
I want to start out by saying that I was very surprised with my experience today. Usually, this place has good food and service. Today was very much different. I was told that my mobile order was ready while I was in the parking lot, but after 20 minutes went by nobody had came outside with my food. I finally went inside just to see my food sitting on the counter. When I finally got home my food was no longer hot at all. It seems like the culture has changed at this location and I will have to look else where for now on when looking for a bite to eat.
First time here and I was about to say this place was great until I opened the burger I ordered. The bun was so brick-hard stale that you would have thought it was frozen. The bottom part of the bun snapped in half. And the top was stale, not just toasted. I threw it away and ate the middle of the burger. That wasn't a good experience.
I am a little annoyed I didn’t know about this place sooner. One of the best fast food burgers I have had and the fact they offer half regular & sweet potato fries is a crucial point in why you should come here. 10/10Ordered: Teriyaki Burger, 10pc nuggets, half/half fries, Oreo shake and their limeade mix.
Customer service was not very good we entered the place used the electronic ordering which would glitch out immediately after ordering we then waited 20 minutes for someone behind the counter who watched us the whole time to come and take our order and when we told her the machine didn’t work she responds with “oh I know” so If you knew why didn’t you just tell us. Once we got our food the burgers where actually pretty good but the chicken we received was LITERALLY RAW. This place has some management issues that could be fixed the burgers where good but that was about it it’s a small chance I would come back.
The double char burger size was great and presentation was good. However, the burgers were too salty relative to other burgers I have tried. If you could adjust the salt level, the burgers will be great! Regarding the fries, I expected more fries relative to other burger joints like Five Guys for example. Overall, 7/10 experience with room for improvement if above issues are fixed. Granted, this is my first time here and from my understanding the place is new-ish? Looking forward to try more burgers from here! Thanks!!
