I will never dine at the Cheesecake Factory in Towson again. Took my 2 daughters to dinner and the waitress did not bring us straws for our drinks. When I asked, I was told they ran out of straws. I accepted that even though every table around us had drinks with straws in them. My oldest daughter wanted a milkshake. Messy to drink without a straw, so I told her just use your spoon. We were still enjoying ourselves. However while my daughters went to the bathroom I witnessed several other waiters taking drinks with straws to other tables. I asked my waitress again for a straw and she said she would go look again for one. She came back empty handed saying she tried but could not find one. When I asked to speak w the manager she went to go get him. She came back with 3 straws right before the manager came over saying she found some at the bakery. I asked the manager Justin why there were no straws for our drinks. Sounding incredibly annoyed, Justin said he just got back from going offsite to get straws. I did not believe him because there were drinks w straws taken to other tables several minutes before he came over to speak with us. Justin was incredibly unprofessional, especially to be a manager. He acted like what’s the big deal about a straw. It was not about the straw per say but rather about them treating us unfairly, with my daughter having to drink her milkshake using a spoon. He offered to take the milkshake off the bill like I was looking to gain free food out of the situation. I told him no thank you. I just will never dine here again. This experience totally ruined dinner with my daughters and Justin could care less.

The Cheesecake Factory in Towson is my go to place when I want to indulge in a unique, delicious, fun treat. They have a plethora of options for cheesecake flavors (see pic). During the height of pandemic, I really appreciated the curbside pick-up option. I went their April 2022 and it appears the curbside pick-up may no longer be an option, but don't quote me on that. I really only dine here for the cheesecake and usually take it home to enjoy. If I want a meal, I usually opt for the egg-roll platter. It is an appetizer but very good. Overall, I'm not a big fan of the dinner meals. But the desert is great!

Always pleased with variety of flavors offered of cheesecakes. Tried pineapple upside cheesecake, kids had chocolate cheesecake and red velvet. To our delight all were good.If you are just getting cheesecake then you can go straight to counter and order.I'm not a big fan of their food menu as we tried several dishes in past so we just grab desserts while we are there.Located in Towson mall.

I wish I could give 3.5 stars. As to be expected the cheesecake was the star. Always superb. Our two servers were really kind and attentive ; I went with a group of 15 and they had everything ready for us. Our food came out relatively quickly too. As with any restaurant that has a menu this large; a lot of items were hit or miss.I got the skinnylicious lemon garlic shrimp and my angel hair pasta was over cooked & the asparagus was completely unseasoned. The shrimp was very delicious though. I also got the cauliflower bites and they were amazing!! They tasted like meat. I would stick to their pasta & burger items ; also their appetizers they tend to do very well with.Lastly I got the Chocolate Carmelicious Snickers cheesecake and it was sooo good. I would get that cheesecake again. So yummy! Brownie, plus caramel & cheesecake with peanuts?? Sign me up! Lol. Overall I was satisfied and would visit again.

Horrible food and service. They can't cook the cooked food properly. Very nasty side test on the food. Waiting for 1 hour before sitting, waiting 40 minutes for food and waiting 1 hour for bill.

Made a to-go order for pick up. Once arrived to the restaurant, I waited patiently for my order, perhaps 5 minutes. I got back home only to cut my burger open and realized it was extremely undercooked. Like mushy undercooked meat, I didn’t even want to risk eating it.It didn’t seem that busy so I’m not sure why food is prepared so sloppy and haphazardly. This was a waste of money and time to go there. No need to get food from there again. And of course I get home after they’re closed so there was no one to talk to on the phone as it only rang and rang and rang. The cheesecake was fine.

Expecting a wait, we were pleasantly surprised with fast seating and service. The Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo was a new thing to try for me and its explosive flavor made it stand out. The mix of rice made it a incredibly hearty meal, perfect for a colder day.The side order of Mac and cheese was a bit disappointing. There seemed to hardly be any cheese on the shells and overall just looked like butter shells. It tasted okay but we have had way better mac during other trips to The Cheesecake Factory.

The food was great tasting....the experience was pleasent.Don't forget to check out the dessert selections....you will hate yourself for not looking, at least

Celebrated my sisters? birthday at the Towson location on Sat. 2/11. Other then sitting us in a booth for a group of eight this was our only issue. Always look forward to the desserts. I choose? Vanilla Bean Cheesecake one of my favorites.

Order to-go and look at these “buffalo wings”. They had zero buffalo sauce and were totally burned. I thought this Cheesecake Factory location was better than the one downtown but apparently it isn’t.I wasted $15 and to add insult to injury, DoorDash only gave me a $5 refund which means I paid some company $10 dollars for trash.
