It’s a really cool place and I highly recommend it.
Food and drinks are good if you can get them, but the hours and service are unreliable. Placed an order and waited 30 minutes only to be told they were closing and I’d get a refund. Huh? This is 3:30pm on a Saturday. I’d assume this was some strange one time emergency if not for other people saying similar things.
Wonderful place! Wasn't sure what to expect with some bad Yelp reviews, but I have no complaints. I ordered the iced chai tea but they were out, so the cashier suggested a great alternative (that I can't remember the name of rn?). It was delicious!! I definitely recommend this place!
I've swung by there on days when they were supposed to be open at 8AM only to find the place locked up. And no one answers the listed phone number.
We waited over 30 minutes for a drip coffee and finally had to ask for something else because we needed to leave. So we honestly have no idea how long it actually would have taken. If the person working had just mentioned it would have taken that long we would have ordered something else. What made it worse is that the person working was rude to us both times we asked how much longer it would be. I went up after 15 minutes and then my husband went up after 30. We gave it a few more minutes and explained we had to get something else because we needed to leave. They get two stars because the food was really good. Not sure we will go back.
Started my day out at the Bun Shop to get my cup of energy ⚡️ The coffee is always great and ideal for working or meeting with someone to chat ☕️ While I was waiting for my red eye, I had the opportunity to speak with one of the employees. Her name is Remie and she is an aspiring artist. She showed me some of her designs which I found to be very fascinating. The beanie she is wearing in the picture is actually one of her designs. She mentioned how she is excited and nervous about an upcoming Spring Festival where she will have a vendor spot and get the chance to sell her products. It was a pleasure to learn about someone else’s aspirations & dreams. If you happen to run into her, ask her about her art! Definitely will be back to try an apple turnover!
Love the ambiance! its stylish, chic, and spacious! The cashier was friendly, BUT that $4.00 Vegan Curry Chic Pea Hand pie was sooooo bland! I should've turned around and exchanged it for something else because BABY I threw it right in the trash... please season your hand pies with some salt. Just because it has curry in it doesn't mean that you should omit the salt!
This place has such a variety of drinks on their menu that no other coffee shop has! They have fresh loose leaf tea and a number of unique lattes from around the world. My favorite is their iced Vietnamese coffee
I love this place, Really consistently great coffee, very friendly staff. The buns, both sweet and savory and other food items I have tried have been really delicious too. I like the atmosphere, multiple comfortable seating options and well spread out so you can have a quiet conversation, and distance yourself from other people for safety sake. I love coming here for coffee dates to sit and sip and chat.
