Haven't been to this one since before the pandemic and will not be coming back! My waiter was really nice n my drink a tequila sun rise was really good. That's the only reason why they are getting 1star! Ordered a sizzling sirloin steak MEDIUM WELL...My best friend food came before mine as well as our appetizer the spinach dip which was good. The waiter said they didn't even start cooking my steak. 15 minutes later I got my food and the steak was well done and chewy..not what I asked for. Told them to take it back didn't want it. I replaced it with the whiskey bacon burger asked for medium well again and it was dry. We did tip our waiter. He was really nice and funny. I'm use to going to the one in White Marsh. Guess I will stick to what I know. Never coming back to this one!

Where to start. Our first hint when we went in should have been the smell of sewage from the bathrooms and the sight of completely empty seats at 1240pm (prime lunch time). We ordered our apps and drinks at the initial sit down which came out pretty fast. My wife and I ordered chips and salsa for our app and the chips were stale and we got 3 of the small "to-go" cups of salsa, lids on, on the plate. We didn't receive a "check-in" on drinks (water and beers) until we were eating our main course. The entire table was out of all their drinks for a decent amount of time. Chicken was over cooked and so tough you need a steak knife to get though it. Well done burger was pink. We finished and after a bit the server came by to check on us (3rd visit to the table) asked about dessert and we declined. She never returned for checks or drinks. All our plates sat at the table, empty drinks again. About 20 later I had to go to the bar to ask where our waitress was to get our check, they had to go look for her. There were 2 other tables in the establishment. 10 minutes later the waitress finally came by to take our payments.It was the least attentive service, the dirtiest and the worst food I've had. I do need to point out that aside from everything that our server was very polite when she would visit the table. Find anywhere else to eat.
Visiting from out of town our experience was horrible. My mother needing a glass of water and we where waiting on our server to come to the table. The server took awhile so I went to the bar and asked the bartender for a glass of water and told I would have to wait as he was doing something. When our server finally arrived we ordered drinks and appetizers. We got half of our drinks and 2 out of the three appetizers we ordered. Our server kept disappearing when we asked for the other half of our drinks he ensured they where coming. We decided not to stay and order dinner. We asked the server for our check and that took forever. It was just not a great experience all around.
I ordered lunch as I do weekly from the towson location and the service was horrible and the manager Sam was rude I guess I'll be finding a new place for lunch
Our waitress was EXCELLENT!!!!! I WISH I COULD REMEMBER HER NAME. She was attentive caring funny timely everything you would want in a waitress. The food, not so much. My steak was overdone. The appetizer taste like it was warmed up.
Whoa. I truly did not enjoy this location for several reasons. For starters, I called while I was in the parking lot to see if there was a wait. The staff member asked me for the number of people in my party and I replied with 5. He then said oh there’s no wait. When I walked in, someone else greeted me and stated that the wait was 30min. He said that a lot of people came in seconds before I walked in. I don’t believe that happened that fast but I accepted the wait. After being seated, the waitress took our appetizer and drink order. One of us ordered lemonade and another ordered strawberry lemonade. She returned with just one strawberry lemonade because the lemonade machine “ran out”. The strawberry lemonade tasted strange so we canceled them both and opted for water. Later, we received our appetizers but requested additional plates and a reminder to bring the waters. We waited for so long that the appetizers started to get cold. We decided to spread napkins in the table to act as plates for the kids. By this time, we were annoyed and still without water. Finally, someone from the back came over with 4 plates but the appetizers were gone by that time. The waitress took our order and received another reminder about the waters. We were dying of thirst. Some of us never received a drink and others needed a refill at that point. While waiting, I decided to use the bathroom and it was disgusting. It smelled horrible and you can tell it was not cleaned often. I decided against using it and hoped that our food/drinks arrived. It hadn’t. After more than an hour, we received our food. The kids meals were fine. The adult meals were burnt. We also still have not received our drinks. Once the waitress came back, we just sent the adult meals back and asked for them to remove those items as well as the lemonades from our bill. The appetizers were good but It was not a pleasant experience. I’m not sure why the service was so slow considering the place was not packed (several tables around us were empty as evidenced by my picture). Though I was pretty disappointed in the place, I still tipped my waitress 15% because she was kind (I usually tip 20%). Maybe they offer better/faster service during the daytime. Nevertheless, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
More of a 0/5 star experience. Sat almost immediately then waited 20 minutes with zero engagement from a server. We had to remind the host that we were seated and needed a server to come wait on us. We were a two top table in a section with 3other tables. Once we finally got a server, it took another 15-20 minutes to get our drinks/food. My Bag of Bones meal came out ice cold. Appetizers came out barely warm.When we asked for the Bag of Bones to be sent back, they microwaved the same plate and sent it back out with the wings and ribs being soggy and tasteless. The only thing hot was the plate.Truly awful, disengaging experience. Will never return to this location.
I was greeted by a young woman. She gave me and my girlfriend and mean look. Perhaps she was stressed about something else.I was seated almost immediately and served hastily. The burger I ordered was flavorful and delicious. Fries were also good. They packed my plate with fries. ?Even more than my girlfriends...I appreciate that. ??Fairly priced and efficient.Would visit again.
This place is really slow and seems very disorganized. Once we were seated, it took like 7 minutes for a server to attend to us. We asked to split the bill, and the lady took like 10 minutes to come back. While she was gone, my card was charged for the full amount. She came back and told us that she returned it and split the bill, but I still see the original transaction in my bank account. If you want to wait a long time for a waiter and to pay, then come here. The food was good, but it wasn't good enough to warrant this abysmal service. They messed up the table next to ours' order. They gave them tomatoes even though they specifically asked for no tomatoes. I heard they were allergic, so that's just awful. I don't recommend coming here.Edit 12/31/21: The $30 charge went through, so she lied. I'm gonna have to deal with calling the bank and reporting this as fraud. Do not come here.
