Great customer service. Always satisfied with my order is here. I do have trouble understanding them sometimes because of the thick accents, but nevertheless they make great food.

Rude employees. Refused to deliver what I ordered and attempted to make me pay additional charges over and above what I had ordered for pick up. Online ordering is a scam especially from this store on York Road. Horrible service from Subway.
Soda machine not working. Staff interupting several times trying to upsell you instead of taking your order and getting on with it.

Not good at all
I can't believe they charge for this food and service.First of all food didn't look ftesh, the cheap employee added just a couple of slices of cheese; my wife told him to add more and we paid extra $$ for the same amount we pay regularly at a normal Subway .Please check the food because my wife and I ended up with upset stomachs. Should I go on....The worst Subway ever .
