This restaurant is literally a 10 out of 10.Food is amazing ?, service is extraordinary & not to mention the atmosphere is fantastic.You can go to this restaurant & be casual or fancy.My boyfriend & myself arrived at this location around 4:30 pm on a Saturday (5/28/22) & was sat immediately. Our waitress (which I unfortunately forgot her name) was very attentive and had our drinks at our table along with bread in the matter of minutes from being sat. We overlooked the menu and placed our order. Our appetizer was served within 15 minutes from being initially sat at our table. Our entree orders were out about 25 minutes after the appetizer.We were given our check which was $139.& something for 2 ice teas, 1 appetizer & 2 entrees. (A Very fair price considering our food was delicious)My family & I will definitely be regulars from today forward. Thank you for an awesome experience Stony River.
I do not recommend dinning here.I admit my visit was during a peak time. Service was inattentive and extremely slow. As a result, my party of 6 had to make special requests for water, bread, and updates on the status of our food which took over an hour to be prepared. I ordered a center cut fillet, medium cooked and this is what arrived (looks like a hamburger). I did not consume. We also, unfortunately, never received (but was charged) all items ordered. I do not recommend dinning here. I, however, recommend the establishment make modifications on how the kitchen and wait staff are managed.I do not recommend dinning here.
I’ve been here a few times and I honestly don’t order anything except the salads. I’m sorry but they are so damn good. They are also filling, but I still order two just to take one home to finish off. The service here is great, there was on tiny incident but the staff handle it so well. The ambiance of the restaurant is very cozy. I love it each time I walk through the main doors.
For the prices the service should be WAY better! Our party of 7 waited over an hour for our food. The waitress Anna brought 2 glasses of water and one drink menu. About 20 minutes later the rest of the table got water. was inattentive and aloof. We requested bread for our table, 30 minutes later we had to request it again. At no point did our waitress ask if we needed anything, we had to request through other servers or wait for her to walk past our table. The food was basic at best. We didn’t have to ask for the check, Anna brought that out real quick. And to add insult to horrible service a 57.00 tip was added as well as drinks we never received. People work too hard for their money, respect our coins and give better service!
This continues to be one of my favorite places for a good steak. The menu offers a range of non-steak options as well and the wine list is good. The staff is friendly. I have visited several times and I have never been disappointed.
What an amazing meal! Fantastic lobster bisque, followed by an amazing steak with garlic mash and broccoli. The carrot cake was ridiculous! HUGE and wonderful. The service was second to none. Madison was professional, observant and able to anticipate any need we had. Great experience!
Went for Christmas Eve dinner, looking for a fun and festive evening after a very stressful month. 1. Other than about 3 small Poinsettias in the entire place, not a single decoration in sight. I don't expect Jesus in the manger, but how about some greens and lights to celebrate the season? Instantly disappointed the moment I walked in. 2. My 73 year-old in-laws were carded. 3. My 12 year old daughter didn't want anything on the menu but we were told she couldn't have a kids menu unless she was under 10. Your portions are big enough for 2 adults and you expect a 12 year old to eat one? I'm aware you just want the money, but really? C'mon. 4. At the bottom of the menu, it states gratuity is added to tables of 7 or larger; we were a table of 6 and gratuity was sneaked on our bill. Left us feeling like you can't be trusted. Sadly a very disappointing evening on one of my favorite nights of the year. Thanks. Won't be back ever.
Attached to the mall. It took a while for someone to come from the table, but some eventually came to serve us. After the slow arrival, the service was great. I guess there was a mix up about who was supposed to be serving us. The drinks & appetizers came out really fast. They were tasty too. The bread omg is soooo good. A different flavor from the usual bread restaurants serve. Pricey but that was expected. We will definitely be back.
My mom and I came in and sat at the bar. Bartender didn't seem busy but was not very attentive. It took so long for our food to come out only to be extremely disjointed when both my chicken sandwhich and my moms burger came out on a McDonald's burger bun. My chicken sandwhich was extremely dry and overall was not good at all. I would have paid a lot less for a mcdouble and it still probably would have tasted better. Not the stoney river I remember and I won't be coming back if this is how their food quality is now.
Anniversary dinner was wonderful. Service was excellent.
