Customer service is POOR. How do you give me a pink drink with no strawberries in there? And don’t say anything if you were out? Waste of my money
I went in to see if you had my favorite sandwich with the spinach but you was all out. I ask your cashier to recommend a hot coffee this morning. I explained that I have diabetes and didn’t want to spike my glucose to high just because I wanted to treat myself. He suggested a regular latte with toasted almond syrup. So, I agreed and we did 1 pump of the syrup. Absolutely delicious. Thank you!
This is in the Safeway store in Towson to be a little slower prices may be a little bit higher bless the food in that case always looks old. The drinks are your typical Starbucks overpriced but tasty
Always get my order right in a timely manner also, I’ve been returning so much due to great service that some employees know my order. Keep up the great service!
Very poor Starbucks. I go as it's close to work. Coffee is never hot. I always have to heat it up once I get to work. More and more my Coffee is not how I order it. It'd be nice if I didn't have to find a new Coffee spot but seems that's coming. Extremely disappointed. I'm looking for a hot cup of black coffee. Seems simple
Quality and Staff are great,, but they're always out of stock on several items.Makes having a favorite very difficult, because you don't know what you're getting til you find out what's available.

Honestly if you’re craving anything from Starbucks, don’t come here. Bless the baristas and cashiers who work here… it isn’t their fault but this Starbucks almost never has inventory. They’re always out of sandwiches and alternative mills before 2 pm which is insane. If you know you’re in a popular area with heavy traffic, it would make sense to make sure you’re heavily stocked but this sb fails with that. Just go to the one further down York Road if you don’t want to waste your time!
The place was great, my caramel macchiato was perfection, but BECAUSE it's so great, you will easily spend 10+ mins in the drive thru. That's isn't a bad reflection on Starbucks though, if anything it shows how great it is!
