Decent Starbucks and love that they do not have a drive thru but since the BelLoc location closed the quality here as gone down. The manager of this location (Amanda?) Is really good though so I think she will fix it.

One of my experiences here shows that this location upholds Starbucks value.I accidentally made online orders here when I was at another Starbucks location. So then I came back the next day and told one of the people there, he just gladly gave me a refund to my Starbucks card.It's the Starbucks experience here!On January 29, 2021.My coffee was not made right. Asked an employee to put in some more ice. She didn't even seem to want to provide a good customer service. Went out to my car when I relized that my card was charted twice. So I went in to get that fixed. This time Natalia(might have been Natalie) was up to talk to me. She was friendly and welcoming who was well representing Starbucks and its value unlike the previous one. She said there might be some orther reasons for the double charts. I just said ok. But she decieded to refund my card anyway. I was happy to go on my day after that.It was a bad experience with the coffee and the first employee, but Natalia saved the day. It takes one good employee to save the day. But I wouldn't count on her every time to bail Stabucks reputation. It's perhaps better to prevent hiring bad employees in the first place.It is a time of high inflation. Starbucks is strugling enough raising the price to keep up. Bad custoner service is not a problem it wants to deal with at the moment.
Gone here four times this week and 3times my drink been wrong. Never been greeted when I walk in like I see other people are.

There is one person that is outstanding here, I dont know his name but he is good. The others can never have the orders ready at the same time
I was given raw bacon this morning … I’m very understanding that Starbucks is busy in the morning but you guys can’t hand people raw food.
Stood in line for 15 minutes. Then find out they totally misplaced order. And for this I had the privilege of paying $4.73. Next time I go there, if I go there, the manager is going to get an ear full.
