I've been coming here for the last two months and never had an issue. Staff was always friendly. But for some reason today-I received my order but was given the wrong thing (asked for all mozz, got a regular sausage instead). I politely informed them that it's not what was ordered and the cashier was going to ask for my mozz stick to be remade but the older woman making the hotdog flat out said no because I already paid for the basic hotdog(which I didn't order and was the cashier mistake) . It was in a hostile manner and I'm really disappointed because this was the place I went to to treat myself. Gotta find a new place now :(
My 2nd time trying this place out. The girl put a 5 minute close sign when it was my turn to order. I stood there looking at the clock which it turned into 12 minutes wait time! I tried to order the #7 corndog with french fries with just hot dog and no cheese and was informed that I couldn't do that. I was like okay. Not sure why it can't be done when you are making it from scratch by sticking a skewer into the hot dog and coating the hot dog but whatever.
So I waited in line for 10 mins thinking I was getting something that taste so good . The fact of the matter I got the wrong thing it’s not what I ordered . I am pregnant so I been craving the cheese dog with french fries and the regular dog with cheese smh I went back the next day and because I didn’t have my receipt it was like it’s nothing we can do . Well I won’t be back horrible customer service !!
Very fresh and Tasty...was so excited to try it for the first time months ago and so happy I went back. Try it you wont regret it!
Their hotdogs are crispy, cheesy and simply delicious. I love their crispy, crunchy taste or the potato ones. Give them a try, you won't regret it.
I try to stay away from fried food but I read about this place and was intrigued.I'm glad I did because I discovered a new twist on the timeless favorite, the corn dog.The infusion of Asian culture has created fun crispy treats that are worth the trip to the mall.The only downside is the wait to get your food.
I am so disappointed!!! I just ordered the spicy sausage hot dog and it was loaded with mozzarella cheese!!! Which is great if I weren’t ALLERGIC TO DAIRY!! I now have to break out my Benadryl! ??♀️ I didn’t know all the hot dogs were made with cheese. It looked so delicious and smells amazing! Sorry I can’t have this. Pear juice was good however.
Not sure when this located to Towson, however my oldest discovered it and we’ve been going for 2 weekends in a row. She loves mozzarella cheese and it’s in plenty supply here. The staffs are friendly, patient and helpful. Will definitely keep going back.
Ssong's is a wonderful reprieve from shopping on the first floor of the mall. All the hot dogs are freshly made, have a really nice crunch and go wonderfully with some Asian pear juice! Staff are also very friendly and patient. Highly recommended for any mall goers.
This is the perfect spot for a quick bite! The food is so delicious anything on the menu will not disappoint. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. This is a definite must-try!
