The food was okay. But for some reason a majority of the drive up screens are broken. They have been for a while too. Another strange thing is that the man who brought my food out wasn’t in a uniform. Just personal clothing. I’m not certain if he was actually an employee. And also, for the first time in years of going to multiple Sonic’s, I was asked if I wanted to give a tip? Um, no thank you.
This Sonic gave me the worst experience I have ever had with this company. We were handed 4 milkshakes when we only ordered three. The carhop also tried to give us someone else's order. When we tried to sort our order out they argued that this was the correct order and refused to identify what shakes were what. The manager Ultimately called us liars and did nothing to help. Avoid this Sonic if at all possible
Employees would rather stand around and smoke. Sat at the pull up screen for 30 mins with no answer back. Moved to the drive thru and was told they have no ice cream or milkshakes. Pull to the window 2 Employees are just standing outside....again smoking and chatting with friends. Needs better management.
Since it first opened the service at this location has declined, each time I've gone. I am from the South (Oklahoma) home of the original Sonic so I really enjoy eating there, but I won't be going to this location anytime soon, 1. I had a worker that argued me down that she had placed food in my bag when she didn't. So much so that she asked for my bag back to go through the food during the height of Covid, and when she realized she was wrong she didn't even apologize. 2. The food has given me an upset stomach the last two times I went. I always order the same thing so it wasn't what I ordered. 3. I saw the drive through line was long, I went to the car bay to order, when I ordered the guy inside told me that he rang my order as a drive through order and that I had to in the drive through line which I was attempting to avoid. These issues happened 3 different times
Local sonic, burgers are decent, does not like to make ice cream. The ice cream order either comes out completely wrong or looks like they don’t care. If you have been to any other sonic location, you will understand what I mean about the ice cream.
Customer service is 10/10! Can’t remember the name of the young girl who assisted me and my family at the drive thru but her name started with an “K” maybe Keesandra or Keeangra but she’s wonderful and very patient! Food was delicious and the beef was well cooked.
So last night, This my second time come after 9pm at this Sonic. I did a mobile order at 9:15pm. It took almost an hour to get my stuff. Bad services, unprofessional, I think I never come back to this location and this location closer to my house. I love Sonic but this got to get better.
ZERO STARS. I kept trying to give this location a chance after 2 bad experiences but this 3rd is my last. I will not be coming back to this Sonic EVER again and I hope to save someone else’s time if they read this. One time, I had a mobile order for one strawberry slush and waited at the stall and after 30 minutes, nobody came out and said anything. I had to press the button and after 5 minutes, somebody finally answered and said that they were out of slushes so they went ahead and canceled my order without telling me. This time, I ordered one strawberry milkshake (bc clearly I didn’t want to chance it with the slush again) and after waiting and waiting for over 20 minutes at the stall, I pressed the red button and someone finally answered after 5 minutes. I just wanted to know what was taking so long for one milkshake to come out. The girl never answered me but 30 seconds later she came out with my shake as if it had been ready and no one wanted to come bring it out to me. I would have gone inside to pick up my milkshake but it looked absolutely disgusting in there. I could just tell from the murky, nasty, crusted windows. And if you’re thinking about going through the drive thru, don’t because as I was sitting at the stall for 20-30 minutes, I noticed that they served 3 or 4 cars in that time. If you want to eat here, take my advice and go eat somewhere else or else be prepared to wait an hour for your “fast food”.
If I could give 0 starts I would. We want there on the way home from work. Whent to drive though when I was making my order the we heard nothing and after 2 minutes we finally were able to git the lady sto said that she could not hear us so when we raised our voice a little bit so she could hear us she said very nastily that we neded to stop yelling and if we wanted our food we needed to stop yelling which we were not doing. We ended up leaving because we did not like the way that she was treating us are talking to us.
Shakes always on point when I go. Nice thick consistency. I love the mozzarella sticks, pretzel with cheese always hot n ready to eat. Hotdogs are good they need to remember to put utensils in the bag. It gets messy.
