The last time I was this disappointed with sushi I had food poisoning, and that still might have been better.
Use to be great years ago for sushi. Not anymore. Go somewhere else for sushi. Its terrible now. They gave me stale shrimp tempura, it looked like mush, the California rolls had a stale taste to it and fell apart to the touch. And not to mention that they forgot to give me my order. When I reminded them of it the man slung it to me as if I did something wrong to him. I had 3 orders and asked if I could have 6 packs of soy sauce. He told me no, I could only have 4. Really? I'd give a 0 if that was an option.
The food is good and plentiful. The people working there are friendly and entertaining.
Only go to the mall for freshly made sushi rolls
We had a California Roll that lack taste and fell apart easily. My daughter has had this before and said previously that it was amazing. I will another try day because their food is usually wonderful.
*The Sarku Japan in towson mall's food court"1. The girl at the order counter need to check her attitude. Her accent was not natural never mind "we all speak differently" but she was so arrogant that she couldn't even speak the thing twice when i couldn't hear her in between all the noise that was there from their machine and the loud sizzling pots.2. The servers behaved as if like we giving out the food for free, they just kept the food on the highly greased racks and the customers were on their own figuring out which order is theirs.3. Seriously cut the clutter and order from the bourbon one on the opposite side or the baba halal or chick fill a anything but these guys.4. And the food was average.
I get to go when I'm done at mall, it's my lunch and dinner, you get a nice portion.
Always have good fresh food
I ordered from Uber eats. Food was not fresh at all and was burnt.
