This place has gone down the drain. Everything from the appearance, down to the service is not good. The only thing that was good, is the food. BUT, the portion sizing is tragic. They brought a basket of fries with literally 6 fries in it. And, it took a while to get a refill. 7 fries between 2 people is tragic. The hostess up the front wasn't good, nor inviting. Finally, the glass in the front, needs replacing. They are far gone from simply getting cleaned effectively with windex; they are mad dirty.
I would normally give Red Robin five stars, because the food is great, but disappointed in the service. It was one of my best friends birthdays and the waitress told us they only sing "Happy Birthday" to patrons on the weekends, yet we noticed the staff sang "Happy Birthday", to another person. Not cool at all. Otherwise, great service, great food, and location.
Never been here before. Was glad to see sore than something more than burgers.We were seated in the bar which was ok, but the bartender was not very attentive. Kept having to ask the hostess to get him to follow up with us. Unlimited sides really means you have to beg for them. Same with beverage refills. They can do much, much, better. Not on my list to go to again.
Avoid this location. First off, the staff here are very friendly and that's why I gave two stars instead of one. I feel bad for writing this, but honestly I don't think I could come back to this establishment. Not sure if it is bad management or understaffing but this restaurant is FILTHY! Floors are nasty and sticky, booths and tables are slippery like they've been wiped with a greasy rag. The restrooms are also a mess and smell like an outhouse at a concert. All that said, I can't imagine how the back of house looks if this is the standard for the front of house. There are a ton of other burger places in Towson (Gino's, Clark Burger, Burger Bros etc...) you are not missing anything by avoiding this Red Robin location.
We stopped in for lunch on a Friday and I am sure glad I did. Normally get a hamburger at Red Robin but today we ordered the fish and chips. Wow, amazing, very nice flavor and great coating. I never had the fish and chips before, but it was a very good choice. If you haven't tried the fish and chips at Red Robin, now is a good time to stop in and try it. Very good service here.
service was great and the food was tasty. The Pinapple Upside-down Milkshake is a must try. Reminiscent of the traditional cake.
Wait staff was the perfect balance of attentive and scarce. They didn't hover but we weren't left waiting if we needed anything. The food came out as ordered, which is sadly not always the case at burger places. Top notch!
The service was good and good came out in a reasonable amount of time despite the restaurant being busy. Bren was my server and she was great. She answered every question, was very attentive, and had a hospitable demeanor. The food was fresh and tasty. The only issue I had was I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got 2 tenders instead of a chicken breast. It was explained that sometimes they run out. I think it's important to make the customer aware before hand. I enjoyed the whiskey BBQ wings.
Been going here for years , n there's a reason why bc the food n employees r really good . Signed up for my bday n got my favorite burger this year . Place never gets old !
My daughter that's out of state in college ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink to be delivered to her. Not only was the order wrong, it cost her $30 and the driver couldn't find her even though she gave specific directions!! She ordered through grub hub. Her chicken sandwich was supposed to have no tomatoes and lettuce and she got it with avocado!! Seriously avocado??? It was soaked into her bun and she couldn't eat it!!!! She said she will NEVER order from there again!! For the price you pay the order should be exactly right!!!
