Picking up an order here was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. When I arrived inside to pick up my order the cashier stated that my order “was coming right up.” I waited and watched multiple people in line get their food orders in present time while my order was 15 minutes past due. The three workers looked like they could care less. I waited 30 minutes and my order was finally ready. No apologies given. The only reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because the food was good. Other than that, the employees can’t handle the job and really seem like they don’t care to.
When ordering my order I did have to wait a while, I can be patient however, when the rice is not cooked all the way. I might not enjoy my burrito as planned, they also did not have any lettuce which could have been due to covid but unsure. I did not appreciate however asking 4 times for chips and queso while trying to pay. I don't think its a employee issue maybe a management issue, my normal location is the Boston St. location in the city and they are perf ! Send these people some help !
Time and again this location has shown that they are incapable of making an order correctly. And I don't mean by some high standard or nit picky order. I mean basic items. Incorrect or more frequently missing items from ONLINE ORDERS. I wait months and then will try again because corporate promises to fix the issues. And then the Joppa road location messes it up. I know they don't care, but I'm posting to let others know I've had constant issues with this location.
I ordered a chicken bowl from here and they didn’t put rice, cheese, lettuce, or onions that I asked for. The bowl was just chicken tomato’s, tortilla crisp. Never eating here again.
Extremely good food. Everything is great. Just dont do curbside pickup. Order in-store or order ahead and go inside for pickup.
The worst chicken bowl I’ve ever seen in my life and they DIDNT EVEN PUT CHICKEN ON IT. Called to let them know and they hung up on me twice. Don’t order from here, the children working there will mess up your food.
The 3 young adults working couldn't handle a line, which seemed like a normal dinner rush line to me. Took about 15 mins just to get up to the counter and order. Then every employee forgot something, i had to ask twice for everything i got. They were out of lettuce, out of pico (popular toppings) and the steak was overcooked, somewhat burnt, which was very frustrating after waiting in a long slow line. Terrible service overall.
I ordered 2 bowls on 10/31 and couldn’t stomach more than a few bites. Whole bowl was mush and steak was in edible. Please avoid this location the cooks and employees do not care . Absolutely foul save your money
Tonight I walked into the Towson location to get my dinner. I stood in line for at least 5 mins waiting for one of the employees to acknowledge me standing there. So during my 5 minute wait, I decided what I would like to eat to unfortunately be told that it was at least a 20 minute wait even before they would take my WALK IN order. There was not one person ahead of me and one person behind me. I was told by your employee that they had a large on line order to fill. Now mind you there was at least 5 other employees behind the counter. I really didn't understand why not one of them could handle the walk in orders. I didn't walk in to have to be told that I would have to wait 20 mins to just take my order. I decided to walk right next store to Bob Evans and ate my dinner there. Disappointed since I was in the mood for Qdoba but it seemed they couldn't handle the orders there. I only gave it a 2 star because it was clean...and by the way by the time I was walking out of Bob Evans, the man that was standing behind me in line was just walking out of this store with his order.....this man must have not been that hungry....?♀️
My favorite place to eat ever. Go there every chance I get. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. No matter what location. Just went to towson location. The girl was so helpful. She went in back and got me freshly cooked rice with no cilantro. I have a food allergy. So this was really helpful. Also why I continue to go there. Instead of lesser places like Chipotle and Panera. Who think cilantro shoul be added to everything. My bowl was so fresh today and still warm when served . Each ingredient seasoned. Loved it. Go to any Qdoba. Shoutout the mother daughter team at the Boston street location. They remade my tacos seven times so they didn't include cilantro. White marsh location remade my so not even a speck of cilantro was in there by mistake. I went to the in the York rd shopping center so much they new my order when I walked in the door. The girl at the Bel-Air Qdoba made me the 2 timer tacos which are my favorite thing on the menu that they don't serve any more they needed to bring those back she knew the recipes so she made them right up for me in no time. The pulled pork at the Timonium location was a little salty, but made quick. Bring back the Drunken Yardbird and The Two Timer. Worth a trip and the money. I love Qdoba
