The staff at this facility was very helpful! They assisted me in figuring out what I should order.This time when visiting, I did a curb side order. Although I clicked the button that says I'm here, no one came out to deliver my meal for almost 15 minutes! I called the store, then someone brought me my food. What's the purpose of clicking the button via the app, if I still have to call.
Pretty decent food and staff seem friendly. Chicken salad had so much pepper last time so it wasnt as enjoyable. However, 2nd time we ordered Curbside and waited 30-40 mins for our food after arriving. First time, we were understanding. They were short-staffed. Second time, my husband went in side. They gave him our food that was sitting there and told my husband that they didnt see our car. We literally were the only car parked in the front. Furthermore, we checked in saying "I'm here." Smh. Do better. This is how you lose customers.
Do you allow people to smoke pot just outside Potbelly’s in Towson? Three people were at the exit door smoking pot (third person in a red shirt not pictured went inside - double click on the snapshot). The stench was so bad, we had to leave the table where we were eating our sandwiches outside. This occurred on Sun 6/5/22 between 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm.
I placed an online order on Friday, May 13, 2022, for pickup at this location, and it was an awful experience. The cashier was extremely rude to me when I informed her that I had ordered bottle sodas instead of fountain drinks. She yelled at me stating that is all that they had after I had informed her that the bottled coke zeros were in the fridge. Also, the sandwich I had ordered was made incorrectly once I unwrapped it at home. I spoke with the manager on May 13th via a phone call informing her of the incident with the cashier and my incorrect order, and she stated that she would issue me a refund for my mobile order. She stated that I would see a refund with 24 to 48 hours. As of June 1st, 2022, I have not received a refund from this location, and I have verified with my banking institution that no refund is pending from this location.
Ordering was a breeze.Ordered the ham and Swiss on wheat. Cost more for smal sandwich versus other name brand sub establishments. But we say the flavors were good. I do not do too much deli meat and prefer a seafood (crabmeat) kind of sandwich, which is why I no longer support the other place, SW, since they longer carry my favorite sandwich.
Great tuna sandwich. Very filling and satisfying. Oreo milkshake was on another level. The milkshake was creamy and delicious.

I am pregnant and my coworker brought me the wrong cookie. I took it back to exchange it and they let me keep my cookie and get the correct one. The whole team was exceptionally sweet.
These are some pictures of my sandwich. It definitely did not look like the advertisement of big sandwiches with full fillings and meat! It’s a rip off to pay almost $13. The bread was too thick with 3 slices of meat found only in the middle. Disappointing
