Chips and salsa were pretty good, but both my pork burrito and my mom's vegan burrito were quite bland and a little dry. My dad's breakfast burrito was apparently decent though.Food quality meh, service pretty good. Probably not worth the price.
The moment that I walked in, my gut said “leave” but I decided to give a try.My gut was right. I asked the host that I wanted to order “to go” she barely answered me saying that I need to go to the bar and she walked away and sit at the bar and grabbed her cell, I was standing there. I thought she was going to give me more info or show me so I asked her again while she was at cell and with an attitude said “ask anyone here” and back to her cell.Waitress at bar were busy and talking between them so I asked again. Someone gave the menu, I asked another lady and she answered my question. Ordered.Food tasted horrible. Super pricey. When I opened the box, the tacos are microscopic. The carne asada tasted like nothing and it was cold. The Al Pastor were even worse. Each tiny and bland tacos cost about $4-5 each! Ridiculous for the quality and size. Beans were just ok. Rice taste really bad. It’s like microwaveable kind, it’s uncooked.Do not waste your money and time. I do not recommend this restaurant. I’m glad that I went grocery store next door and grabbed me someChicken wings.
BEST Mexican in Towson! We LOVE this place! The atmosphere is so fun and my husband and I can go for drinks at the bar with their amazing margaritas OR we can bring our 2 young kids and not feel like we are bothering anyone as it is family friendly in the back. The food is delicious and we also love ordering takeout as well. Extremely excited to have a good Mexican restaurant right in Towson!
Six of us had dinner there the other night and it was great food and the service was good. fun place. prices are fair and it’s real Mexican food we all loved it everybody ordered something a little different couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. Can’t wait to go back
We come here probably at least 2 times a month and it’s always great! We sit at the bar and get great service. They bring you chips and salsa fresh when you sit down and the portion sizes of meals are great. The price is right and it feels great to support to a local business. We will definitely continue supporting papis tacos!
The food is okay. Service is fast. Experience was bad. The acoustics were horrible - very loud and impossible to have a conversation. Hostess was rude. The waitress seemed rushed and kept wanting to take my plate away.I had to ask several times for water. I go out for the experience. Many places serve okay food fast and also offer a good experience. This is not one of them.
My family had an excellent time here. Food and drinks were awesome. Friendly waitstaff. Prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend. We will definitely return soon.
Went for Sunday brunch with friends. The food was flavorful with the perfect amount of Mexican spice and large portions to ensure you have leftovers. The atmosphere was fun and we’ll definitely come back to check it out for dinner.

Leisurely lunch. Food tasty and nice presentation. $7 enchilada special was just the right size, spiced vixen mule very, very good, short rib quesadilla was full of meat. Server was a little sassy about corn being gluten free. Great selection of food, regular, gluten free and vegan menus with large selections on each. Decor and music authentic Mexican shabby chic. Parking lot is is better than paid parking in other areas of Towson
