Today I brought 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings. I brought a pizza for my mom that doesn’t eat meat. I picked up the pizza from the Joppa Road location in the Towson area. I took my mom her pizza which should have been spinach and mushrooms, my pizza was grilled chicken and mushrooms. I got home the label states grilled chicken and mushrooms, but in the box was spinach and mushrooms. I called the location to speak to a manger two times and they put me on hold and never return. I’m currently on hold while I’m writing this review. The employees doesn’t not have the common courtesy to except my phone call. Very disappointed in this location because when I picked up my food they were fully staffed. I won’t go back to this location, and the voicemail say they called there employees team members. I don’t know what team they are on, it’s definitely not customer satisfaction. I paid over $50. on food at this location and was unable to speak to a manager about the mistake there employee ( team members) made now me as a customer have just deal with it. I’m very unhappy customer.

HORRIBLE!!! I placed a order and was never told my eta on my delivery. Waited an hour and a half then called the store. A woman answered and told me my order was being delivered. I waited another hour and a half tried to call but they kept hanging up. After waiting a total of 3 hours and sum for my food, I drive up there 45 minutes before they closed. Only for them to be closed 1hour early and pretending not to see me at the door knocking. I spoke with the manger only to be lied to about them not receiving my order! I know they got it because they told me it was on its way took my name and everything. She didn’t want to refund or give me the number to corporate when she knows she has it. Horrible manger why LIE AMANDA. She knew she was wrong she had a look on her face when I told her my order. She didn’t show any type of sympathy that I waited 3 hours for my food only not to get it. Didn’t offer anything or apologize TERRIBLE. It’s nothing wrong with telling the truth she could’ve at least given me a refund but I had to call corporate right after even though she told me they weren’t open till Monday. She’s a down right horrible liar too like she could’ve a lil more effort into her excuses. Would give a 0 if I could. The food is good tho ngl horrible service tho.

Please do not order from this store me and my daughter waited 3.5hr for delivery and I live 1 mile from the store then driver call me saying he's 7 minutes away then I had to wait 30 minutes when I call the driver he went to the wrong address and cancel my order. Worse customer service ever in the history of service.

i want to give this place less than 1/2 a star, placed an online order, and the ETA was 200 plus minutes. i placed the order at 3:30 pm. I called to cancel the order and the person who answered hung up on me while I asked "is it going to be 200 minutes? if so id like to cancel my order." Their response was "the driver is on our way here, i cant tell you how long. i said, Id like to cancel my order." they then hung up on me and i want a refund and my order canceled. Now they wont answer the phone. This is ridiculous, i want my money back.

The pizza was great but the delivery driver made me feel very uncomfortable he repeatedly asked for a tip after I told him it was my mothers order he gave off weird vibes and kept asking me for $3 tip. It was 11:30 at night . Definitely locked my doors and windows after but great food .

Just picked up a lg mushroom pizza was there in 10 minutesIt was coldIt was disgusting my dog wouldn't even eat it. I've been going hereNEVER AGAIN

Tried the New York style and was pretty good. Not as much pepperoni as in the commercial

Ordered 2 large pizzas, delivery was fulfilled by Door Dash. Door Dash only delivered one pizza I called and was told I’d have to wait 30 minutes for them to re make the pizza and another Door Dash driver would deliver or I could just come pick it up. Was told any issues needed to be addressed with Door Dash and they just placed blame back on Papa Johns. The pizza I did get wasn’t very appetizing by any means.

The pizza was oven hot and delicious like it should be. It's always a pleasant experience with in-store associates. FEEDBACK: is for associates to ensure pizzas are cut all the way through. We had to use our personal pizza slicer to finish the job. But no harm... no foul! The wife & I enjoyed our stuffed crust over a glass of wine for our mid-week date night.

Messed up the order- no big deal, we have ordered from here before. But then over 40 minutes on hold on the phone. Routed “to the store” to handle any complaint and back on hold. Filled out a complaint form online, probably a black hole. Where is the option to get the problem fixed??Eventually got thru after 55 minutes and they said they’d refund the order. We will see
