One of my favorite quick and delish lunch places!Even though there are many seasonal and new items on menu- I opted out for a True Classic: Turkey Bravo Sandwich ?- but I asked for Asiago bread- JUST delicious ?- wish I ordered extra pickles!
No butter for bread. Manager had no cream cheese or jelly. Steak sandwich was all roll. Head cook preparing food had no mask. When I asked about this I was told it is not required. To expensive.
Tried their chicken sandwich with avocado. Pretty decent.
whoever helped me today was SO NICE a younger female, and a man that i think was the manger…. BOTH DESERVE A RAISEthere was a problem with my order and they helped me swiftly and jusy 10000/10 customer servicethank u guys so much
I had the new Thai Chicken Soup and Citrus Asian Crunch Salad. Both were great. I hope they keep the Soup as an option for a while.
Mr. Michael (locs) and the other red head with glasses cashier by the bakery/bagel area (my apologies I didn’t get their names) were amazing and provided fun, friendly, and fast customer service. They made my experience one to remember thank you gentlemen ??????
Customer service at register are horrible and mgmt at towson location does not give a flip. When my order was wrong i was informed cashier was new and rest industry is short staffed etc. Wrong answers to my complaint. Why support a business that does not care. Managers at Towson should consider employee training

Panera never disappoints! The app makes ordering and rapid pick-up seamless. I have not yet had a bad dish from Panera.
Came here for a curbside pick up and waited almost 25 minutes. Called them to let them know that I am here then the lady asked me if I had the right restaurant. Ma’am I’ve been going to this place for 7 years and I’ve been doing curbside since covid. What?
