It was ok. That was the worst food I ever had, and on top of that the food is sweet the meat was not cook and it smell funny. After eating from there I was sick for a few days I will never go back to that place. ???????? it was a hot mess. ??????? your cook need to stop cooking for people.
Ellyse is my girl she made a great recommendation, greeted me with a smile and was very kind! The rest of the team were in good spirits as well which is how I know this meal is goin to be amazing!!!!
Let me start by saying that I ordered online and had the WORSE experience with DoorDash's portion of the delivery. Door Dash's driver NEVER delivered my order. I reached out to Noodles and spoke with Jakia (who provides AMAZING customer service by the way) who informed me to reach out to DD because the driver picked it up and their system said it was delivered. DD pretty much told me it is not their fault because it wasn't through their site, BUT it was their driver. After numerous attempts at a resolution with DD and being rudely connected to different reps without notice... I called Noodles & Co. back and spoke with both Jakia and Kyla who rectified the situation EVEN though they were not responsible for the mishap. I definitely applaud the staff for handling that so well and being able to provide me with an option for replacement.
This is my second time coming here and the portions are horrible. I ordered regular size spicy Korean and i thought they gave me the small size by mistake but it was actually the regular size. Plus food was cold and there was some macaroni in there even tho I was supposed to be noodles only. Very disappointed and never coming back.
The food that I got ended up being a little too pricey but it was well worth the cost. Not to mention my girlfriend really enjoyed her meal too. Customer service was fine. Overall we had a good time.
I had the Pad Thai with Shrimp and it's delicious! They are consistent at this location, I haven't had a bad bowl yet. I will go back...today!! ?
Always takes so long and never make order ready on time…super crazy…needs to improve everything for customer’s satisfaction???
The kitchen is pretty close to the cashier, creating an atmosphere that is too loud for the staff, causing wrong orders extended wait times.I suggest the staff have headsets so that they can hear each other, and they put a little microphone for the customer to speak into for the cooking staff to hear.There hasn’t been a time order was right the first time.
if i could give this place a 0star i would. first off my pot stickers were cold. 2nd the noodles had no flavor at all and do not get the mac and cheese it was disgusting. the store is not clean and they take way too long to hand out food. i was watching tiktok videos of this place and they gave terrible reviews, but i decided to give it a shot and was very disappointed…
If i could choose 0 stars i would have. I waited 20 mins for my order on my work lunch break. I had to get up and ask where my order was after so long. No apologies or compensation were given for waiting. They need more staff during lunch hours to keep up with lunch rush. The two that were working had no pep in their step.
