A little tricky if you're going there for the first time. The menu is huge and it's kinda confusing how this place works BUT the food is amazing!

Great servicesTong Ho it’s my favorite veggies and they do have here? salmon , Fatty beef, mini claims, baby corns ,lotus roots, special house sauce ,sweet desert ?

I saw alot of mixed reviews on this place but as a fan of hot pot I was interested so we went for lunch. The price was $30 a person which is about normal for a hot pot all you can eat but in no way did this match or come even close to the others we have been to. There was almost no variation on the belt to pick from. Broths were very weak and service was next to minimum. They add a 18% gratuity to your bill assuming because their service never warranted a tip on their own so they force you to pay it and then ask you if youd like an additional tip. All in all our meal for two hot pots and one drink was $80 which is insane. I wouldnt have paid $50 for this experience. Look elsewhere. Youre better off warming up a cup of Top Ramen.

Where to begin. Ok so getting on street parking is a bit of a challenge, but no worries there are several off street parking garages that charge a minimal fee. I suggest parking in the Towson Library parking garage. Ok now on to the good stuff... The food. The concept you pick your base, I believe there were about 6 to choose from. I chose the tomato base. Then you have several protein options. I enjoyed the spiced beef, but there is shrimp, chicken salmon, scallops, sausage, clams, pork belly (check out t menu). Then we move on to the veggies everything from potatoes, sweet potatoes, spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, etc. Lastly, pick your noodles. I like ramen but they also have others. Your done with the waitress part the rest is on you. He/she will bring the raw meat/vegetable to your already boiling pot and voila it's cooking. Now, the fun part there is more food that is circling around on a conveyor belt that you can remove and eat and add to your pot, maybe extra spring onions or dumplings or rice cakes. Hungry yet? They are fish balls, lobster balls coming around on the belt. I digress, can't forget the seafood pancake it is delicious. And what's a meal without dessert. There are fresh fruits and cakes to enjoy. It shares a space near the sauces that you can use to customize the flavors in your pot. There is crushed garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, chili paste, soy sauce, peanut sauce and house special sauce which mirrors the sauce that accompanies dumplings. I think that's about it. Oh the price you ask...well for the all you can eat (AYCE) for adults it's $31.99 and children $16.99 on the weekend. I believe there is a cheaper option on certain days during the week during lunch but don't quote me on that. This has been another thorough review by Lynnette aka Nette_working.Oh shout out to Eva who was an excellent waitress!!!

We''ve gone.here numerous times...brought family and friends....always enjoyed the entire experience. My husband and I decided to go Saturday night for dinner. Everything was great until the bill came. The subtotal on the check presented did not match the subtotal on the credit card receipt presented to us for signature (it was more). When I pointed this out, I was told it was because of tax. Subtotal is the total before tax...hence 'subtotal'. I also noted they added an 18% gratuity. That has never been done before....AND then the waitress wanted us to circle the additional tip amount on the credit card receipt. This made a very enjoyable evening fairly upsetting. I don't think we're ever going back. (They are not the only hot pot restaurant around. They had been our favorite....until last night)

This place is located on York Rd in Towson and offers hot pot. Eating here is a confusing experience. It's an all you can eat menu and you can choose as many combinations of meats, veggies and broth or soup base you want. But here's the catch: they all taste the same. You cook it in the broth and it's up to you how to season all the meats and veggies. By the time we got done, I was so full but at the same time I feel the food did not give me a fulfilling experience. Next time I want something good, I will check out first other restaurants in the area and spend my $25 for a satisfying meal somewhere else.

Food is good. customer service not so much. Party of 6 or more will be split and get yell at for move between table

Always my favorite hot pot to go, the broth that I love to go with is tom yam soup based. ( I also add some more sauce in there, to make it more flavorful including house sauce, chili oil, cilantro , fish sauce and lemon) The staff is very nice and helpful. The thing to be aware if this is your first time, I think they changed the system recently as they put a service charge 18% into the receipt (Even you come less than a group of 4). For example, if you go on lunch time and the price is $30.99, the service charge will be around $5.91. Make sure to look at your receipt before giving more tips for staffs if you would like to or it would cost you overprice in the end.

The food at this place was pretty decent, but not worth the diet racism that we endured when we ate here. When we arrived, we were seated immediately and a waitress came over and said hello and asked what we wanted to drink and if we were ready to order. We thought nothing of it, until we heard her and several waitresses at the other tables saying "Hi, my name is ___ Ill be your server for today. Is this your first time here with us?". We thought it was odd that she just assumed we knew how this kind of restaurant works as far as ordering. But didn't think much of it until we started to notice the difference in service we were receiving. We made the unfortunate connection that most of the tables around us were non black people. The waitress wasn't rude or mean, but she and a lot of her coworkers would stare at our table when they walked by...Almost like they were waiting for us to do something. It was weird. I hadn't seen my friend in a while so we took our time eating and catching up, and we kept being asked if we had finished. Keep in mind that the restaurant is not busy and we had not been there that long, especially considering we were at a buffet style eatery. Before we even got to finish, the waitress bought the check to the table unprovoked, didnt say a word, just dropped the check and kept moving towards the kitchen. There were other people who had been there just about as long as us...but again, the same connections were made. But before the waitress had even brought us the check, we overheard another customer at the table behind us ask "How do I pay?" and the woman directed her to the front counter where we had first walked in. We watched that customer walk to the front of the restaurant and pay. So I asked the waitress, "Don't i pay at the front??" and she says oh don't worry I'll take it for you. It was very sketchy.Even after we had paid for our food, the restaurant had ice cream, so we decided to wait about 5 minutes after our food had settled and grabbed these small cups of ice cream. As we're eating, the waiters and waitresses are still staring every time they walk by. I purposely displayed the receipt on the table because at that point we knew we were being watched. Even with the receipt on the table, another waitress (Who had not even been serving on our side) randomly comes over and asks if she can bring us the check SMH. Obviously I pointed to the check that was clearly on the table, but after that, we decided it was time to go and didnt even finish the ice cream. In addition to the slew of microagressions, the soup base was OK the first time around but all of the refills after were very watery. The dumpling tasted off like it was expired or close to expiration. The ramen and most of the meats were tasty and the condiment/dessert/fruit bar was well stocked.I'm usually not this critical of places, especially when I've only been there once. But I've never felt more unwanted at a restaurant. Me and my best friend went to college in that area and we know it can have its sprinkles of racism. But damn, we just wanted to eat and got so much unnecessary shade. I hope they can get it together.

This is horrible hot pot I ever have it .They have lunch special and like limited food and those like squid you got pay extra, very specific tip required to customer . I think this first hot pot store that requires to costumer. My meal cost $20,99 but to my final bill come up with $27,50 and I had asked employees why cost so many, and she said is for tip ,I don’t know how much percent they charged for tip . Freeze food ,very very bad service, they just service me once time then I couldn’t find the employees ,is like steal money from customer .
