I love the brand MOD. This was my first time at this location and the staff seemed pretty friendly. I had a free order of garlic bread. I'll be going back tomorrow (Sunday, June 19th) for the $3.33 mod special!
Always been a fan of mod pizza and this is a good one that lives up to the typical reputation. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating with design. I love the berry lemonade! Parking is very accessible. it's next to European Wax Center
Friendly staff, relatively quick service, clean restaurant. The bathrooms are always clean as well. Lots of toppings for pizza and salads. Their cheesy garlic bread is delicious. We’ve already been here for several meals and loved it every time.
This was my first time there. The pizza was the BEST. The crust was very thin, but delightful. I had the mini pizza with pepperoni, its about 4 slices. It was not spicey, sauce was not over the top. If you are dieting, this pizza is a great choice. I didnt feel stuffy afterwards. Service was fast, staff was very friendly.#LOVE THAT PIZZA
Nothing like ordering your pizza on an assembly line. Made fresh to order and you can watch the progress from start to finish. The place was clean and orderly; the staff professional, helpful and polite. Were else can you get fresh made to order pizza with out having to pay a separate price for every or additional toppings. At a out $10 per pie, it was an enjoyable experience all around.
The only thing that would have made my pizza better would have been some beer or wine to go with it. Really nice crust, good sauce and a large selection of toppings.
I usually love MOD, I even used to work at one so I know what the job entails and what it's like to have to deal with customers. The few times I've been to this location, there's been hardly anyone in the store and yet they still take a ridiculously long time getting the pizzas done. Not very organized or efficient. A big issue is the staff disposition. If you ask for any customizations, for example, sauce spread to the edges more, they act like it's a huge inconvenience and start muttering under their breath about you...it's literally part of the job, I don't get it. I might understand if they were super busy and there were a huge line. But when it's 2 people in the store you're obviously not that pressed for time that you can't do something that takes 10 seconds. The thing that really has me not wanting to go back to this location is how they treat customers that are being completely normal, not even asking for too much or being impolite. My friend and I have both had separate experiences where they are clearly gossiping with their co-workers about us. It's incredibly rude and indiscreet. Very hostile and lazy staff in my experience. MOD is great, thisone in Towson is not.

Just tried Mod for the first time. Very glad I did!! I went to the one in Towson, Md. and the food and service was EXCELLENT!!! Greeted upon entering and served with a smile throughout ordering my pizza. Staff was very polite and made me feel welcome. The pizza was amazing and cooked just like I asked for it to be. Nice and crispy. I love the fact that regardless of what toppings or how many you get, it's one price!!! Definitely will be going back. Very clean and open seating area. Nice layout. Great job, MOD!!!
Delicious pizza and cheese bread however it is just like a more expensive pie five or blaze pizza if you want to get a cheaper eat this is not the first place to go I would probably recommend blaze pizza since pie five has closed all locations ,The food is still decent though .
