McDonald's is McDonald's. Basically eating this because the mobile app has mad deals and I'm going through highly tough times. This location is alright but I've gotten some really suspect fries from here at night before. Very hard and crispy, shaped like a fry but no potatoe when you bite. It was the weirdest texture ever. Not sure if this happens often but it's out there. Other than that it's a hit or miss. Somedays they are really fast and accurate and others they are all over the place and longwinded.
After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes sandwiched between other customers I was told they weren't taking orders at the drive thru. No big deal. I went in and everything about my order was wrong and I am not being picky. I mean completely wrong items. I will say the only redeeming thing was everyone was really nice and did what they could to correct the issue.
Ok so the receipt shows the sandwich I ordered. The other picture shows what I got. But he's the kicker this was the SECOND sandwich. The first one I received was a double burger, mayo,ketchup and 1 pickle (there's supposed to be at least 2) No extra cheese, no 3 patty, no extra pickles, no onions. I took it back and this is what I got. They had the paper of the original sandwich and still got it wrong. How many times do I need to send it back before it's right? I have up after this one. At least my toddler enjoyed one of the patties.

SCREEN YOUR APPLICANTS, GET PEOPLE WITH MANNERS, AND CARE , FIRE THEM IF THEY ARE NOT COURTEOUS TO CUSTOMERS AT A MINIMUM BECAUSE MANAGEMENT/FRANCHISEE...IT IS COSTING YOU MONEY. I AM ABOUT TO START A CAMPAIGN TO DE-PROMOTE THIS MC DONALDS. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT EXIST.
Breakfast is always hot and great from this location. Staff is always nice and polite. I've only had breakfast from here. I ordered the bacon, egg & cheese biscuit meal each time.
This place messes up delivery orders every time! They NEVRER include fries with meals. After asking a question about this particular McDonalds in a neighborhood fb group, it seems that almost everyone who orders from this place is missing something they ordered. I don't know if the employees here are completely incompetent, don't care, or if someone is stealing food (which would be a pretty good racket, considering you can't complain about a delivery at the actual place). Anyway, my point is DON'T ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS MCDONALDS!!
Fast drive through....prices are little higher than other fast food UNLESS you get their specials.
Last Thursday went thru drive thru ordered 2 large iced coffees no cream no sugar with sausage biscuit. Paid money didn’t look at receipt I was charged 1.99 ea and coffee was hot. I told girl at window I ordered 2 large iced coffee no cream no sugar and was overcharged for coffee. Girl said I ordered the wrong coffee. I said I did not. She proceeded to tell me I should have asked for plain coffee with ice. Wow. Ok it gets better…..Today I went to same establishment ordered large plain iced coffee no cream no sugar. Guy said what. I repeated myself, large plain iced coffee no cream no sugar. He went totally silent. Screen said 1 large coffee coffee and one small roasted coffee. I’m still sitting at order window. I said hello again no answer. He said can I help you. I said I’d like to order 1 large iced coffee black no cream no sugar. Silence again. I drove up to pay window and said I’m trying to order a large black iced coffee no cream no sugar. His response you ordered 1 large iced coffee and 2 small hot coffees. You keep ordering coffee.??? Service is terrible. Folks need to go back to McDonald’s 101 training and respect customers. If customers did not order from McDonald’s they would not be employed. I will not revisit.
Order a fish filet meal with an orange hi-c. The hi-c tasted like it came from the bottom of the barrel it was so thick & tasted like nothing but syrup. Fish filet had no taste at all, the bun was kinda stale & the fries were barely warm. Never will i ever go to this McDonald’s again in life.
Ok place, but like most of them, location is questionable. Service was slow. Clean inside, but something on the floor made a spot slippery and when told, no one cleaned it up. Not gonna rate the food. It's fastfood, what can you really say.
