Today there was a nice gentleman in the drive through giving food, I immediately tested my fries and they tasted old, I asked him could I get a fresh fry and he said no problem very politely, while he was telling me to move up, his shift Manager (African American female, tall with a headset) says "she is holding up your line!!" and he said "there is nobody in my line right now". So, I looked back and just moved up, then she had the nerve to be the one who gives me my fires, which were still old!! I did not find out until I pulled off and I had too meals and she bought me one fry replacement. It is fries...I worked at McDonald's as a teenager and it takes nothing to drop a fresh fry. It costs the staff nothing! Just serve food that you would want to eat. Nobody wants to pay for a stale, cold and some hot burnt dingy fry! Just be nice and drop a new one. The guy was nice but I feel like she bought me reheated old fries. It is a waste of my money and time. Do better, it wasn't even busy.
Probably the slowest fast food place I've ever been to. Not just slow on one occasion, but every time. Stopped going to this one because of it. Twice I pulled up to the speaker to order drive thru and nobody said anything. After a minute I pulled to the second speaker and there was someone on the other end. But they never thought to tell me to pull up to the next speaker. It's bizarre how poorly this McDonald's operates.
I've been at this McDonald's between 20 to 30 the past 2 years and I can't remember a single time they gave me my food in a timely manner AND got my order 100% correct. I'm a highly patient person, but tonight I waited (along with many others) 30 minutes for my food only to be incorrect and had to get it fixed... The drive through is so unsafe with cars often times waiting on York Road. Save yourself time and money and go to the McDonald's that are about 5-10 minutes away (depending on traffic).
This was by FAR the worst experience that I have EVER had at a drive through in my 45 years of life. We waited in line at the drive through for almost 45 minutes!! And this was at 11:00pm! Absolutely atrocious...
just spent 30 minutes waiting for a shake that my daughter was craving. went inside to get it and 6 employees saw me but did not help me. I was not there to them. one of them being the manager on duty. not wasting my time at this location anymore. customer service is horrible coming from someone who has been in the industry for 20 years never have I treated someone like they are not a customer. went to hunt valley location. way better! Towson . . .do better!
Waited 10 minutes to receive my mobile order that was just “sitting around”. I expect nothing and I’m still disappointed.
Delicious food. One of the best stores in Baltimore.
I just left there and got on the beltway. I order a double bacon cheeseburger. It was cold and cheese not even melted. You would figure since lunch just was starting they would bre hot and fresh. They were also dry and seemed like leftovers from yesterday. If i was not on the beltway i would have turned around. Also they use to be about $2.50. Now they are $4.50. I am not a McDonalds fan anyway but needed something before i am stuck in doctors all day.
Ordered through the app for curbside delivery. Waited nearly 30 minutes before I finally went inside. Manager made excuses while saying "I know there's no excuse..." Another curbside patron came in after me to complain. Took my food, got home, only to discover that my special order which I asked the manager about specifically, was done incorrectly. I ordered NO onions, but received EXTRA onions. Ain't that a kick in the head.
VERY slow service for a fast food restaurant. I stopped in before work to get a 4 piece chicken nugget with a fry. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, and eventually had to walk out without it. Nobody was at the counter to ask for a refund. I had placed my order through the kiosk.
