I order from the one in Towson Md, I ordered from them using my credit card , they over charged me $14 and didn’t refund me. I love there food but there customers service is terrible. They say delivery is 45 minutes I have to wait a 1 1/2 hours yes 90 minutes for my food by then the food is cold. They never never give you something extra when they make a mistake. Please save your money don’t order for this place.
I have ordered cheesesteak subs & pizza from Lombardis and have been very pleased with the quality and taste. My family agrees that the food has been great.
We order there all the time. They have very delicious salads that even my smallest child loves to eat.
Very poor customer service. My order was incorrect yesterday. I called after WALKING back home to make them aware and they asked if I could walk back to bring the incorrect sandwich,(eww Rona!), and since the employee rung Me up for the wrong sandwich, I'd have to pay the difference to receive the correct sandwich. And then the rest of my food wasn't all that great anyway. Waste of money. I will not be circulating any more of my money here.
If I could give no stars I would. Food is good but attitudes are very bad. If they make a mistake they try to hold YOU liable. I ordered delivery. They forgot my dessert. Took them over 3 hours to get back. By the time they got there I was already in the store and the guy tries to give me a hard time like I was wrong.. smhAnother time they made a mistake and wanted me to take a picture of the meal like I was lying or something. I don't understand these 2 men managers but it's always them. The women in the store are very sweet for the most part but the men act like they have a chip on their shoulders or something. Needless to say I will not be back.. I know the power of my dollar and I refuse to give you my power ?
I ordered food at 5:30, and it didn’t arrive until almost 7:00 and I live less than 3 miles away from the restaurant. I ordered an item and they didn’t have the cream cheese version only the cheddar cheese version, but that the rest of my food was already ready; this was at 5:55. I had to call to ask where my food was because it had taken so long. I finally got my food and it was cold. I usually don’t complain because I understand when it’s busy, but when I talked to the manager and told him the food was cold he actually said a few times, that he found it hard to believe the food was cold, and that there was no way the food was cold.

Horrible place and very unprofessional do not eat here. They will send you the wrong order, accuse you of lying, ask you to take a picture of the food to ensure that you’re telling the truth, and still won’t give you a refund.
Love seeing small family owned business. Great food as well. Loved the chicken bryiani & chicken / Steak sub with fries! Delicious Food & great affordable prices.
This place is awesome, good wings and Indian food so I'm sure everything else is good!
