I had the wonderful pleasure of visiting this location for lunch today. The cookies were mind blowing and so was the customer service. The store manager Ms Jones was so welcoming, helpful, and so friendly to work with. I will certainly return here for the delicious cookies and wonderful experience..!!!
Wasn’t able to purchase any cookies because there was no one there. I called corporate and they said the young lady had to go to the bathroom…if that was the case locking the door to the establishment with a sign would’ve been helpful. I stood inside the empty bakery for a while saying “hello”, to no avail…
Our animal rescue recently received several boxes of cookies as a donation. They were so delicious and fresh! Can't wait to order some for my family.
They'll take your order, serve you cookies & then tell you that they won't take cash. Not taking cash is absolutely ridiculous.
The cookies were good but they only had the vegan options available. On the website they said all the cookies were available but only 4 were available. The employee seemed out of it, there was a employee that was a girl that was just walking around and was on the phone. The place was also dirty and everything was a mess.
My box of 8 cookies arrived with 1 missing and the tamper-proof seal cut through. I can only assume that the delivery driver got hungry on his way to deliver my cold cookies late, and decided he deserved one for himself. In 2021 I had two orders that never got delivered. For one of those orders I received a refund over a MONTH later, and for the other order it showed up on my stoop randomly 3 days late. No explanation for either of those bizarre events. In 2020, I ordered a pick-up cookie box and when I showed up they realized they had my order and needed to make it....only because I showed up and insisted the look to see if my order came through. It did, but somehow no employee noticed.Why did I keep coming back? Honestly, late night munchies and poor impulse control. However, this is it. God only knows how many of my cookies the driver touched with his grubby fingers before he settled on my double-chocolate mint.We deserve better businesses in the Towson center. Hopefully this one goes bankrupt soon so we can put something of value in it's place.Edit to add: Their website has the slogan "Warm cookies delivered crazy late." It's partially accurate. Might I suggest "Cold stale cookies delivered crazy late or not at all."
Their delivery driver ate a cookie out of my box; the tamper-proof sticker was cut and the box was thrown on my porch. I never got a text telling me they arrived (well, 7/8 of them). After fighting with customer service they told me a replacement would be delivered, but that never came. Also, half of the cookies on their menu were unavailable...they seem to only make the basic cookies, and they don't even do that well! If you want cold, stale, stolen, and missing orders, this is a great business to support.GTHO Towson!
If I could give this location zero stars I would. The lady behind the counter is extremely unprofessional and was on the phone cussing the entire time with her friend on the other end meanwhile she had about 5 other people in the store... WAITING IN LINE. She was rude during the time that I was ordering and the guy in the back looked like he was on something. Overall JUST DO NOT GO HERE!!!

If I could rank the store a zero I definitely would they didn’t have any cookies available and the cookies that they did have available I’ll nor anybody that I know will eat any of those flavors management should be disappointed in them selves and a staff that they hire very unprofessional the store was in a chaotic state it looked disgusting management needs to work on the amount of people that they hire who they hire and how their business is Ron whoever wants this insomnia cookie and anybody else who wants to purchase from a Samia cookie I highly recommend that you don’t come to this location they have raw in my experience for insomnia cookie l I will not shop at insomnia cookie ever again because of this location
