This location is crying out for an overhaul and new management. The owner should be ashamed and embarrassed and the IHOP brand would be appalled to see their name on this place. Top 3 reasons I will never go back: (1) The employees were out of uniform, yelling to each other as if they were at home, cursing, and blasting music from the kitchen which you could hear along with the music playing through the restaurant speakers. (2) The busboy used the same cloth to clean the tables as he used on the seats and we never saw a water change. (3) The tip is automatically added to your bill, no matter the size of your party -we were a party of 2- but it's disguised as a tip/service fee, so if you aren't paying attention, you will add a tip on the tip line, thus double tipping your server. This place will never get my money again. Grade = F
Service was really fast. The place was empty or mostly empty but that wasn’t a problem. The waiter or host was helpful and kind. But the most important thing of all was the food was delicious. I always thought that IHOP only served pancakes and breakfast meats but I had no idea that they sold burgers and good burgers and that too. Overall I was impressed the only thing I didn’t like was the location. It’s not the IHOP branches fault but the location didn’t seem very safe and there was a Elderly woman tweaking at the bus stop close by.
Just Not Good At all .. Friday morning @I0:45 am shouldn’t be too much trouble if you were properly staffed.. didn’t get my order til after 1230 and it wasn’t busy ? .. Server was not even paying us any attention until I Went to Get the manager...What happened IHOP this isn’t the only Location that’s bad …
The hostess took her time greeting myself and family which is always red flag.. They were out of at least 1/4 of the menu. Waited 25 minutes before a waiter even took our drink order. Waited almost an hour for food. There were no napkins. Had to use plastic ware for food. Manager never came over to speak on behalf of staff or anything. Had the nerve to include %15 gratuity, which isn't an issue, but, for service like that, you're basically making me tip. The waiter did apologize and I actually sympathize with her.
IHOP experience was devastating. We waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone came to.our table. Maurice was very helpful. Once we put our food order in with Maurice our food didn't take long for use to receive it. They didnot have French fries, cheese sticks, or ice cream for milkshakes. Customers were leaving the store. Who ever was the manager DIDNOT come to our table to apologize for the inconveniences. I WILL NOT BE GOOING THERE AGAIN!!!!! We were there for Grandson 13th ? birthday; no ice cream on your birthday. Maurice did inform us that the food trucks ? didnot make deliveries; NOT WHOEVER WAS THE MANAGER. We were there approximately at 230pm. It was 8 of us.
The Server was very good! Even doe their were only 2 on duty! 1 manager had to help in the Kitchen, while the 2nd was gone for hours on a supply run, which we never noticed his return from! So, lack of menu items and over 30 minutes to get our orders! Along with 3-4 other tables of patrons! And 3-4 delivery drivers also waiting on orders, it was easily one of my 2 worse times at that location!! ?
My friends and I came here to eat and we were pleasantly surprised. The food arrived in a timely manner and our waiter was super friendly and helpful (I think his name was Melvin) The food was hit and ready and very tasty as well. It was and overall great experience. I would come here again.
Location is clean. Staff is attentive but under staffed. Still great service, even on pancake day.
Dealing with training new staff, it was pretty good. Our waiter, Mr D was pretty cool. Great smile. Our order was correct. The food was hot. My crepes were delicious. PS: THE pancakes are pretty good too.
I had the worst experience at thus location. My server brought my husband and I drinks in kids Togo cups while employees were drinking out of large cups. Then when he brought our food but we had to wait on silverware. Brought our pancakes then had to wait on our syrup. Then we had to ask for our check 3 times. Once he finally brought it to us he added a tip to it. Totally unacceptable. I will never eat at this location again
