Love their delicious teas, wide variety of drinks, and the care with which they treat their guests. Strongly recommend getting a milk tea at 50% sugar. I usually get their Earl Gray Milk Tea or the Dirty Brown Sugar Latte (doesn't contain coffee). Went in the other day and got this beautifully hand-designed cup from one of the servers. Thank you!
I love Gongcha and my orders have always been amazing there alongside great customer service, but recently in the past month both times I got a hot drink they’ve prepared it as cold. Today I asked for a hot drink with milk foam and they made it cold again, so I asked it to be remade hot, but after it was just lukewarm, which leads me to believe that the drink was not remade and the cold drink was just steamed- there was also less drink and no milk foam. I’m not sure if it’s the warmer weather but it’s been disappointing that this has happened twice now.
Pretty good bubble tea place. They have a large menu but it’s mostly milk based so in the same sense it’s limited. The tea however is quite good
Delicious! Everytime I've tried a new drink, it has been fantastic. Creative, unusual flavors. The lemon ai-yu (some sort of fig) and white pearl was amazing! Unique citrus-y. The staff are artisans. With the contactless kiosk, it's easy to put in your add-ins. I appreciate being able to adjust the sugar level, as I'm not into overly sweet drinks. The drinks are always perfectly made. My favorite bubble tea place here, wouldn't go elsewhere.
Great spot, clean and bright with great staff. My daughter got the egg waffle and ice cream and hasn’t stopped raving about how delicious it was. Pricey but a wonderful treat.
I really (and I mean REALLY) have enjoyed every soft serve with boba I've gotten from here but hadn't tried any of their drinks out of loyalty to Kungfu Tea. I finally caved out of laziness and got a Milk Tea with boba from here and if I'm being honest, I'm a bit disappointed. It's way too sweet (I know you can request less sugar but man it's a LOT, whereas full sugar at Kungfu Tea is the perfect amount, and if not for you, you can request more) and there's a bit of an odd aftertaste. The atmosphere of the place is great and the staff is all incredibly kind, but I really just can't get past the Milk Tea I just had. I did drink the whole thing, but mostly because it was over $5 for their smallest size
Huge selection of delicious teas. Kung Fu tea is down the street, but this place is WAY better. They have tea ice cream too! I got earl Grey, taro, and Thai with Boba. My mom and I loved it!
Staff were friendly and a great location. Menu needs updating. With tax and tip, paid $6.65 for just a large milk tea with pearls. This must be a raise for the whole chain because it was like this high in DC too. They do show your order on a screen and I could have pointed it out, but it feels rude and awkward so I just paid it. Drink tasted good, but not worth $7. Not angry with staff, just disappointed and won't be back.

Hands down the most patient and friendliest staff ever! Amazing customer service and drinks were made perfectly. Not the mention the cutest decorations inside the store! Look forward to going back again!
