Depending on who's in there working effects how well the service is. I've been there before in the past and they've had me in and out, with hot food and and great service. Though I went back after some while and ended up staying 30 minutes waiting for my food. Just a simple burger and some fries, nothing too difficult. It was quite an experience, so I'm just going to outline everything that happened. Its noisy when i first walked in, but thats to be expected, with music playing, people talking and the kitchen equipment. Told the guy I had a pick up order, and it was hard to hear him, but he asked if I had a regular or diet soda. But I had only heard the diet soda, so I said yes. He said the rest is coming up, put both drinks on the counter and walked away before I could tell him that I only needed the diet.So I took my diet drink, and went over to a table and I waited. Watched as people came in and out, ordered their food and left. I thought it was just taking a while cause there might've been people who ordered online before me, and they were quite busy as it was around dinner time, so i waited patiently.About 15 minutes in, another employee noticed the regular soda on the counter and asked who left it out. The one guy I spoke earlier started saying I said yes when he said both regular and diet and that he swore that I said yes and so forth. Instead of thinking that maybe I might've just heard diet soda because it was difficult to hear with the volume level in the restaurant? It felt kinda weird standing there while they were talking about me so loudly, but it's whatever. Then there was a moment I was the only person in there, standing and waiting. The employees noticed I was there, but didn't say anything, just continued to chat whenever there was nothing to do. So I went up to the counter and asked how my order was going, and come to find out they haven't even started it.One employee had handled it quickly, asking the other employee (who I told that I was here for a pickup order) why didn't he say anything about my order. He simply said "I called out their order when they got here." even though he had seen me waiting for 30 minutes (yes it really was 30 minutes, I promise you). The other employee handed me my food, apologized and offered me a free milkshake (which I denied, as the order was for someone else.) I appreciate the way this employee handled the situation, though one moment like this is enough to ruin Five guys for me.This is probably one in a dozen, and I'm sure other customers have a fantastic experience here. I saw someone else say there was The Habit that opened up nearby, so may give that a try.
Runs like a well oiled machine! Everyone was friendly and actively making sure customers were served quickly. Best Five Guys experience ever. Should be a training store.
Food is consistent for me at most Five Guys locations, but this Towson location in particular is a well-oiled machine. Great management, friendly & professional customer service. 5 stars from this guy.
This is a very well run restaurant! The employees were all very friendly, food great, and restaurant very clean. The milkshakes are awesome too
You won't get bad food but you're much better off going to the mcdonalds across the street and getting a Big Mac to save like $10
Five Guys Hamburgers are simply delicious. The hamburgers are made in a sort of home style manner. Five Guys Hamburgers are larger than most and are not don't appear standardized in shape due to heavy processing. The hot dogs are good. The food in general is awesome. I can't say this is healthy eating by a long shot. Five Guys is definitely a guilty pleasure to be indulged sparingly. The french fries are equally delicious BUT are best eaten while piping hot.The process of ordering your Five Guys selections is a bit haphazard but very much worth it indeed. The staff are generally very friendly. The wait time is a bit long but not too bad. The price for all Five Guys items is higher than any McDonald's but the food is far better also. The Five Guys dinning experience is NOT overrated at all in my opinion. Five Guys is a premium hamburger dinning experience at only a slightly higher price.
Had a great experience here last night. Staff was friendly, patient and quick. Food tasted great too.
Great customer service, positive energies throughout the staff, freshness of food and fast service!
My Bacon Cheeseburger & Oreo Milkshake were just ok but fairly expensive at $17. The burger didn't look as great as I remember from other visits.
I was very pleased with our cashier Arianna L, she was very helpful and kind.
