Delivery took 2 hours and food was undercooked. Someone else told me that they undercook their food and I didn’t believe them until my food arrived. Never ordering from here again. Also, their delivery fee is nearly $5 and none of it goes to the driver and they want us to tip on top of that high delivery fee? They should be ashamed of themselves. Also don’t bother, the 2 for $5.99 deal is not 2 for $6.99. Expect the prices to keep increasing.
This was my first time visiting this Dominos. I purchased a pizza for pickup online and when I arrived at the pickup window, the pizza came through as only a cheese pizza - I must have forgotten to add the 3 toppings - needless to say I was bummed out. But Keith, one of the Dominos workers, quickly told me that it was no big deal, that he would fix it, and to just come back in about 5 minutes. When I came back he had a pizza made the way I wanted it fresh out of the oven. His customer service in terms of demeanor, politeness, professionalism, and going the extra mile was exceptional. Keith is an asset to this company. I look forward to purchasing from here again in the future
Terrible terrible terrible after placing an online order watching a Domino's tracker didn't seeing it say ready only to arrive at the window and everyone was confused where my order was waited an additional 20 minutes just to find out it was sitting on the shelf was not even sure I was getting a pizza I just paid for after an hour wait concerned I placed this online that was extreme
Worst experience, EVER. Placed my order at 6.34 PM it only got delivered at 9.05 PM (as in 2 hours and 31 minutes later). AND IT WAS ALL WRONG. Cheesesteak sub with NO CHEESE and almost no steak. The pizzas were supposed to be one with pepperoni and one with sausage and olives. We received 2 pizzas with chicken and mayo (?). When I I filed a complaint with Dominos, all I got was an offer for a 50% off coupon for the next order...AS IF I was going to order from these guys again.
My experience @ the 200 York Rd., Towson, MD location on 11/19/2021. I placed my order via Domino’s app @ 6:04pm for drive through pick-up; arrived for pick-up at 6:25pm to be told that it was not ready due to a pause in service for preparation and to pull into the parking area and return to the drive through in 10 minutes. I gave them 15 minutes before returning to the drive through for pick-up only to be told that my order is not in the oven yet, and to give us another 10 minutes. Now, my order total was $20 and I felt it was only fair that for such an inconvenience my meal should be compensated, so I inquired to the employee to ask the manager to comp my meal. The employee returned to the window to assure me that my order had been now placed in the over ahead of the other orders. (My thought- it should have be placed before all other orders because I placed my order @6:04 and now we are approaching 6:40-6:45) I again asked about comping my $20 meal only to be told the manager said, “no!” The employee looked as though I was getting on his nerves, and he said, “do you want it?” I politely told him I did not want the pizza any longer, he slams closed the window, and I left the drive through window.I know these are rough time given the staff shortages due to the pandemic, but this was a residual of inadequate training not a pandemic. This service was totally unacceptable, and in all the visits to this specific location it has never been so dysfunctional. I encountered at least 3 different employees inquiring about my order at the drive through window, and none apologized for the inconvenience, nor empathized, acting as though this is appropriate customer relations. I assure you “IT IS NOT” and I will certainly continue to share my experience as necessary until management corrects these kinds of dysfunctional circumstances and train their employees properly to exhibit common courtesy and ability to problem solve. Poor services is usually the indicator of the leadership in place because they set the standard, and maybe it’s time for a management change. I get it, it’s not the Ritz-Carlton dining, but maybe you could take some tips from places like Chick-fil-a and implement basic fundamentals applicable to all jobs in which you deal with the public and it starts with courtesy, listening, and empathy because your patrons are the one’s who keep you working and in business.
Here's the thing: my order was 20 minutes late. But the kids were swamped. I mean, they weren't goofing off or playing poker. They were working hard but were overwhelmed. Hard to write anything bad about that.
Never answer the phone from an hour and a half before they close. Physically drove to the drive thru and had to ring the doorbell 4 times before I received the most unprofessional response from the workers here. Don’t expect anything from them past 11:30pm any day of the week.
1st I ordered online for delivery that never came 2nd I went to the store to pick it up and they canceled my payment 3rd I ordered again online only because my grandson wanted pizza and I wanted it to be hot and fresh 4th they got my order wrong 5th customer service was poor and I blame management because if they don’t have delivery drivers just have people pick up the pizza instead of advertising delivery Domino’s 200 York ave
I wish I could give them zero stars, first order was fine but my second one was bad. I ordered a large pizza with two Caesar salads and a two liter cherry cola. Dude “forgot” my other salad and cola so I payed and waited, never heard from the man and when I called couldn’t reach him. That’s the last time I’m ordering from them, paid 43 bucks for a horrible service ???
I ordered a medium pizza, buffalo wings, and 2 sodas for me and my baby sister one day, when it came, it was a hour late, the pizza was cold, the wings weren't sauced, and i didn't get my sodas, yet I still payed the whole price. They had given me a free pizza deal because the last order was not good. I ordered it today (10/24/2021) at 1:59 pm. It is now 8:35 and the pizza still isn't here. The staff here is not good at all, and im still paying for this sorry excuse of a pizza. Do not order from this dominos.
