From the moment my husband and I pulled up too the establishment, I felt like I was going to have a good time. Outside there was armed security which immediately gave me a sense of security as we had drove from PA. Once inside we where greeted by staff and seated rather quickly. Our server was named Summer , and she was by far the best. (Top notch service) She was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu, even suggested other things based on our dietary need and taste. So pleasant , we’ll spoken, nice conversation and made our first experience very enjoyable. I would come back just because of her customer service alone. Now, the food was delicious. Both my husband and I ordered snow crab clustered boils with extra boiled eggs, corn and potatoes with 2 sides of hush puppies. The food we ordered came out in about 5 to 7 minutes and hot. Not too hot but just right hot. The sweet tea is just like grandma used too make and you can’t get enough of it. The music selection played was even on point the night we went. Go ahead and try this place out. You won’t be disappointed . It’s BYOB too.
This place is a delicious, reasonably priced suburban gem. We were greeted and seated immediately, our server was friendly and ready to answer questions. We ordered seafood boils, fries, and onion rings. Everything was beautifully cooked and served promptly. My only complaint is that I’m a spice lover and the hottest spice level (while very flavorful) wasn’t hot enough for me. Highly recommend this spot
Visiting Baltimore and friend recommended Crafty Crab for Seafood boil. I would love to write great review on the food. However after we were seated, we sat there for 10 minutes and never received any service. The unfortunate part of the entire experience was, we were sitting near the door where the hostess and three other employees chatted away while we just sat there (and yes they could see us) needless to say we decided to give up and leave and their parting last world to us was“are you leaving?”. I guess it doesn’t pay to try to support local establishments when they have such bad customer service.
This place is so good! The BOOM sauce has incredible flavor and all the seafood tastes fresh and perfectly cooked. I went here for the first time a few months ago and I had been itching to go back ever since. Fully recommend going here, if you're willing to get messy! Get the hush puppies, the sweetness goes with the buttery seafood perfectly.

First, let me start by saying that the food was delicious. Everyone in our party absolutely loved it.The service, however, was abhorrent. It was, I believe, partially my fault. I have a child who has sensory issues, and the volume of the music was really difficult for her. In truth, it was so loud you had to shout to be heard. I asked our initial server if there was any way whatsoever they could turn the music down, just a little, because my kid was twitching from the volume. He responded that most people ask them to turn the music up and stomped away. We never saw him again - he literally never came back to our table. To be honest, I believe he assumed I was a "Karen" or something, even though I asked very politely and provided a valid reason for my request. However, after we asked the young man to turn the music down, no one returned to our table for at least 20 minutes. And... the restaurant was not busy. I wanted to leave, but it was my daughter's birthday and she wanted to have a crab boil. There were more empty tables than not - so no excuse for such horrible service. I finally asked the hostess if we were going to be served, and she said she would look into it. She then started taking our drink orders and brought our drinks. About ten minutes later a young lady came to our table and stated she would be taking over our service from there. She took our orders, and we were served our food about 15 minutes later. Except, they forgot to prepare my husband's food. So, he had to wait another 10 minutes for his food. Then, the waitress never once returned to our table. Some of us got our food pretty spicy, so our drinks ran out. I tried to get someone to wait on us, but no one would. I had to go out to my car to get water bottles for everyone.I finally went back to the hostess stand and asked if someone could bring us something so we could package up our leftovers and bring us our check. Which happened maybe five minutes later.I genuinely believe the waiter who first approached our table refused to serve us because I had the audacity to ask them to lower the volume of the music. We just were not welcome there - it was obvious. I will never go back - ever. Good food notwithstanding, the service we received at this place was abominable. The more I think about how they destroyed my daughter's birthday with the horrible service, the more angry I get.Now, never let it be said that I am not generous. We still tipped $55 on a $200 check - because I know the servers don't make much money - and the food was good. But, it was really disheartening and disappointing, and again, they ruined my daughter's birthday.
First time visiting this restaurant, which we almost didn't get to experience, since we went to the store at Hunt Valley and it was temporarily closed. So, on a spur of the moment decision, we went to the store in Towson. I can't describe my first impression, seeing where it was in the small mall it is. Entering, I almost turned around to leave, literally! The restaurant had kind of a shabby look to it. Hostess and servers were kind, specially the server, which was very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to explain different options. Now, I must truthfully say, that my reaction to the entrées served was very different from the initial experience, since they were spectacular! The different Seafood Boils ordered, were great in appearance, quantity, taste! Prices, fair market. All in all, my party of 4, concluded, that this is one place that will be visited occasionally.
Food looked delicious but ….Waitress super friendly. Came right over as soon as we were seated. Then 20min later, no drink no contact with her at all.We had another waiter come over as us for our drink order and when we told him we had already gave it to the other waitress he went away to never come back.We waited for another 15min and we finally got tired of waited and we left.

If you are looking for a great place for a Seafood Boil... THIS IS THE PLACE! The staff was kind and warm, they really made my family feel like family. Our waitress knew the entire menu inside and out which made food choice decisions really easy to do. There really wasn't anything to be disappointed about from the sweet tea to the seasoning for the boil everything was absolutely amazing. Definitely looking forward to coming back to this place again and I'm definitely willing to make the drive to do it.
