It was ok. First time going to a cold stone creamery and I was not impressed at all. They don’t have Apple Pay available which was kind’ve peculiar since it is the year 2022 but I had my card with me so it wasn’t really issue. The prices were a little overwhelming but it is chain ice cream brand so I wasn’t surprised. The lady at the register didn’t allow me to get a milkshake and ice cream with the buy one get one free coupon I had received after typing my phone number in the little touch screen. She could’ve just gave us the smaller priced item for free but instead told us to buy another item in a very animated tone. Mind you it was just myself and my younger sister. Lol i tipped them $1.99 though cause I didn’t really care for the fact I wasn’t really care for the fact that they are using upselling tactics to get people to purchase menu items that they don’t otherwise need. Won’t be coming back to this location:)
So me and my friend ordered mint ice cream with m&m’s and a butter pecan ice cream. But, as soon as my friendAte the ice cream about 3-4 minutes later she says her stomach hurts and I asked was something she ate she said no, she said that she believed that it was something on the counter that was unsanitary and it got all over her ice cream then later my stomach started to hurt I think this would be very well true because they weren’t cleaning the counter or spatula correctly over all our experience was not so well
I literally ordered a large coffee shake, she asked me twice to verify my order.... and then handed me two cake batter milkshakes....This place is terrible. Why do I need to tell you a total of 4 times my order for you to hand me two large ale batter shakes when that's not even close to what I asked for.
They sent the wrong order via door dash. The receipt showed the correct order for the larger item, but that’s not what I received. It was awful and I threw it away. I am calling tomorrow for my money back.
I love the desserts. I always get the Chocolate Devotion in a cup with a water bottle. I have had red velvet cake ice cream and it was good. The brownies are good and chewy. This is the best ice cream parlor ever.
Staff friendly, courteous and kind. Clean place. Social distancing and mask in place.

I like cold stone regardless but the 4 stars are because i wanted a smoothie and wasn't able to get one because i guess the machine was done or something i don't know. Other than that i would have gave all 5 stars
