Employees are awesome and friendly, food is always cooked to perfection, but this location has horrible management. Staffing issues push them to go online-only multiple times per week, there are always multiple items unavailable, and Today they had a full shutdown due to food temp issues.
This is actually the worst chipotle I have ever been to. It’s ridiculous that almost every single time I order from this location there is always something wrong with the order (missing at least 2/3 different choices when I order online) or the rice is extremely dry when I go in person and the worst part of it all is the customer service is usually trash too. The only reason I have returned to this location is because it’s the closest to me but there has been times where I have gone out my way to drive to a different location to not deal with this one. Literally everyone I know that lives around this area says the same thing, and from looking at the other reviews I see that so many ppl have shared the same experiences.
Why would you send a burrito bowl to someone with no utensils in the bag? Have a manager contact me. UNACCEPTABLE
how is it that every time i go into a chipotle these days, the order is NEVER ready. this is the 2nd time I saw in a row, one person making the food and the manager doing nothing. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! ordered my food at 1pm. wasnt ready adn i got there at 120pm. they are always understaffed and the manager there told us to deal with it. She didnt even bother to try and help the situation by stopping to help the guy making it. Sad. Terrible leadership all around.
Ordered for pick up. When I got there after 35 min I was told they were out of chicken, carnitas, barbacoa, fajitas, chips, guacamole, black beans, fresh salsa, and lettuce. If I wanted a refund I had to call customer support.
the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to. they gave me and my friend who are both vegan and cannot eat meat chicken instead of the plant based chorizo. they also left out half of the ingredients in my bowl so i got a bowl of rice, sour cream (can’t eat), corn, and chicken which i can’t eat. literally so irritating.
I hate to leave such a bad review, but this location is horrendous. Go to the Goucher Blvd store instead!Ordered a quesadilla and got all the ingredients in a bowl instead/no tortilla. Food was cold af and portions were abysmal. Ordered for delivery and it automatically chose this store instead of Goucher due to location I guess, otherwise avoid this location at all costs.
Food usually good it is the server attitude that make you feel like he's taking his frustration of you. Seems like he wasn't happy doing the job.Well probably he was having a bad day.
Horrible. First time I went they were literally out of almost EVERYTHING. Second time I go the food is just garbage. The rice was so undercooked that it's crunchy, tomatoes and beans were dry, the spring onions are diced way too large which made an overbearingly bitter taste throughout the bowl. They get one star for having good chips since my hometown Chipotle has the worst chips ever. Next time I go it'll literally just be for some chips and dip.
